“Fantastic staff. Everyone working there was great and made for a fun experience, with humor, friendliness, and kindness.The food was also very good. I had the Blackened Chicken Biscuit. It didn't have much in the way of kick, and could have used more flavor, but it was still very good and the biscuit was excellent.I will definitely be back to try more of their various food offerings. The menu is interesting, and what I've sampled so far is good, but the staff really makes you want to keep coming back.“

“The food was great, fresh fast and delicious. We decided to get some steak tacos, steak gorditas, and cow head meat tacos(tacos de cabeza) and it was all delicious and mouth watering good. We decided to stop here after seeing the reviews online and before hitting downtown nashville for the live music it was a great decision. The red and green salsa tasted fresh and right amount of spice the staff were super nice and friendly. We stopped in about 9:30 pm and they were busy and still got the food out in less then 10 min too. If your in the area I would give them a try as we loved our experience and hope others get to try the great food as well.“

“Fresh, hot (spicy and temperature), delicious. I went for spicy level: hot and it did not disappoint. The heat was strong without any agony. The sandwich was rich in sauciness without falling apart. Pleasant folks behind the window. So glad this was the place we stopped at for lunch on our road trip.“

“If you're looking for authentic Italian done right, this is the place. Owner and staff always friendly, very clean, the food is fantastic. Mainly take-out it seems but there are 4 tables for dine in. The gelato is great as well, even tried the Basil Tomato Gelato w/olive oil and balsamic... Very tasty, I never would've thought up those flavors in a gelato but 'magnifico'. Oh yeah, definitely try the lobster Mac n cheese.“

“Hands down the nicest owners! They kindly gave us advice on places to go while visiting. They also gifted our daughters a children’s book of theirs for a souvenir. Lastly, they make the best cobbler (the Nashville one) we have ever had with a slight spin off of the usual and a little kick. So good and we will be back! Five stars“

“I haven't had much experience with birria tacos but my significant other insisted we try birria babe and I'm extremely glad we did. We tried several things on the menu and there isn't a single food item that we tried that didn't taste absolutely amazing. The staff and owner were really nice as well! I wholly recommend this food to anyone who finds themselves in the Nashville area.“

“Visited this place today and it was so good!! The food is made fresh and I love the fact that you can actually taste what you’re eating. Also the carrots - I don’t know the brine or pickling method they use buts it’s amazing! I can just have a bowl of those. Will definitely be returning. Also, everyone was super nice! The lomo saltado, pan de chicharrón, and arroz chaufa were all stellar and this is definitely a food truck I will try to seek out on a weekly basis. “As a new transplant from San Diego to Nashville, this little taco truck has been the closest we've gotten to the true street taco experience that is so abundant in San Diego. Back home there are literally dozens of places that serve great tacos, my experience has not been anywhere near the same here in Nashville, not even on Nolensville Pike/Antioch before you grab your pitch fork. Highly recommend Alvaro and his staff. They are friendly and serve a very very good product. The birria burrito is one of my favorites and the mulitas are awesome.“

“Nestled in the heart of the capitol of country music is a nice little gyro shop. Everyone that walked in was greeted and served promptly and most were greeted by name. The gyro was very good and the fries about as good as fries get but the rice was amazing! I wound up filling up on the rice and saving the gyros for later. The deep house tunes made for a great atmosphere. I will definitely be here every time I come to Nash-Vegas!“

“I have been to almost every taco truck in the greater Nashville area, and this place is my favorite! Their birria is leaps and bounds above most anywhere else around. My whole family loves their food, and we get it usually a few times a month. They are also super friendly, and their prices are as good as any other. But the food, the food is stellar!“

“Boyfriend and I came to Nashville for the first time for an airsoft tournament and only had the day, so this place checked all the boxes when it came to deciding what to eat and make the best of it. Was not a major fast food chain, their East truck happened to be close to where we were attending, offers low prices, and delicious food! After experiencing I’d note there’s also easy parking, a welcoming environment, fresh ingredients; I had carne asada fries and two chorizo tacos. 100 out of 10 would recommend.“

“I had some of this chicken during an octoberfest event and oh my god have I thought about them every day since then. Not only is it crispy, spicy, and fresh, BUT the sweet little sauce on the side is the best I've ever had. I live over 5 hours away but I will be coming to find this truck again! It's THAT worth it! “Got the torta with pastor (spicy pork) and a pastor taco. Good spice, great flavor. Not too spicy, but if you like heat hit it with the salsa roja and the grilled jalapeno. The taco came with a ton of roasted onions and was fantastic with the salsa verde. Highly recommended.“

“So delicious! We got coconut, banana, pineapple. After we got back Hawaii we craved some shave ice like we had on the island. We found a perfect treat to satisfy our craving with Blue Monkey! They didn't have ice cream when we went so hopefully they have it next time but they did have the cream for kn top. We loved it! So yummy!“

“Located right inside the shell gas station a jamaican food truck, I am trucker parked at the loves truck stop, googled jamaican restaurants and found this little gem. The jerk chicken and the lamp chops is amazing, it taste so good I didn't even come up for breath lol ? ?. Love the mild sauce on the jerk chicken, it was cooked to perfection. I will back that's a promise.“

“Can a food truck have ambiance? There is no website, check their FB for schedule or Black Abbey Brewery's site for days and hours. It is easy to pull in and pull out of the lot during slow hours for the brewery or when it is closed and ther are pinic tables outside if you don't want to eat in your car or take it to go. I havd the birria ramen which comes with 1 birria taco and a large container of ramen that I beleve is 2 packs of ramen that comes in the black package. This is comfort and convenience food, not a groumet food truck experince. I do not mean that as a insult because my taco was piping hot, well made, tastey, and was not sopping wet and falling to pieces. The ramen was good but I liked the peices of beef the best. I do not really eat instant Ramen much anymore since college and I struggled to finish the container but I think if you want something heavy after a night of drinking, this will work for you fine.“

“Forget all the other taco places, this one is the best. The only one that can hold a candle to this place is Cheap Charlie's, and it's the same family. The fried avocado at mas taco are amazing, but this place has it all.All the meats are flavorful, never dry, consistent as fack.Jalapeno sauce is always on point, papusas rule, mulitas are stacked. The garlic papusas are phenomenal.They also just started serving beer . The best kept taco secret in Nashville. Slammed for lunch (although they crank the food out, hardly a wait), and dead for dinner.You cannot get better food, or better service, and a more consistent experience anywhere else.10/10, I love you forever. Been going here for at least two years, and its always been the same amazing experience.“

“Wow very very good food. The mulitas are a must. They are 2 mini corn tortillas semi crispy with meat, onion, cheese, cilantro and avocado inside, a cross between a taco and a quesadilla. The pastor, carnitas and lengua we soooo flavorful. Pricing is a tad high for a taco truck but worth it.“

“Found this food truck outside of Pins Mechanical the other day and what a treat it was! While I can't tell you that it will always be located there. What I can tell you was this was my first time having an empanada and they were super tasty. They are pretty small, so I'll recommend getting 2 so that you don't have to wait in line again. I made that mistake and jokingly fussed at the nice young man who was taking the orders. "Why didn't you tell me they were going to be super good and we'll see you back in a few moments."
