“Everything I go through the drive thru. They forget part of my order. I always have to go back to retrieve the rest of my order. The workers always act like it's my fault. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for food tonight and got home and as usual was missing food. I go back up there and acted like it was a big deal that I came back. I paid for it, I want it. Going to stop spending my money there if things don't change. Get it together!“

“I cannot and will not complain about the food. It is always tasty.I can be a little pickier about the counter service.1. My order was not correct. I noticed, mid order, and made sure to repeat it to attempt to get the cashier to remedy the mistake. It was still rung up wrong and had to have it fixed after the fact. To be fair I could tell this was a new employee. I kept my cool and didn't make a big deal about it.2. I only got one gravy to go along with 3 large mashed potatoes. C'mon y'all. How's that supposed to work with a family of 7. I got the big meal for a reason. LolI will still be visiting, but I don't want to get the "Stink eye" when I start checking my bags.Parking: They have an order ahead and pick up parking spot!“
