“I visited a couple of days ago and was relatively pleased with everything overall! The food was budget friendly and pretty good.
I will say that I arrived during down time, and the lobby could’ve used some work.
I was also given the wrong order, but they were quick and courteous to handle it. They even let me keep the item I was given accidentally.
I hadn’t been to a KFC in years, and after this experience it’s more likely I’ll return!“

“Emma L. was our server tonight. We were watching the Bama/ TN game. She was extremely entertaining, along with the staff. She didn't make me feel bad that Bama lost. I give her 5 stars. Sophie H., Allie V., Arissa K., Katelyn G. were also extremely awesome. They make the Lee hwy Champy's a place i look forward to coming to.“

“Big shout out to Summer at the drive thru for spreading good vibes. As I ordered, she complimented a ring I was wearing. I shared with her I had recently lost one of my favorite rings and she said I would probably find it when I least expected to. Well, guess what? Came home and put on gloves for cleaning kitchen and my ring magically appeared inside the glove! Thanks Summer for the good vibes. You made my day!!“

“For a Chick-fil-A, it was pretty slow moving in that drive-through. The employees were good, no complaints about them or the food. I'm not even really complaining about the wait time either, as I've been in much worse. It just seemed like longer than normal and with fewer cars.“

“After the 3rd street location did not answer their phone after multiple times of us and doordash calling them, we decided to place an order with this location for the missing items. The store manager for this location called after we left a bad review through email that we thought would hit the other location. He talked with us and was very kind and understanding. He gave us customer of the day for our kindness and patience in the situation as well. We will we be calling corporate later to make sure that corporate moves the bad review from this store to the crappy location on 3rd street.“

“Sorry to have to take a star away but twice in two weeks Chick-fil-A disappointed me. Last week's mistake was really no big deal in that they left the cheese off my grilled spicy chicken deluxe. However, today's mistake was not so insignificant. Ordered my grilled spicy chicken deluxe (trying to have as many as I can before they take them off the menu). When I got home low and behold, they were the deep-fried regular chicken sandwich. Was very disappointed at this uncharacteristic mistake by Chick-fil-A. So going forward, will check my order before leaving the drive thru lane.“

“UPDATE: They listened about the food availability during lunch hours and now we're good to go! Great customer service! Original review: Food is good but twice now in the past few visits they are out of chicken strips and most chicken during lunch and dinner prime hours. I hope staff can be told if they see supplies dwindling to fry some more before they run out but they haven't so far. Once done it can sit for a couple of hours under heat lamps so it's not like there's much risk of throwing a bunch of food away. But again the biggest problem is lack of chicken strips being ready.“

“I am not the world's biggest zaxby's fan, but today was a very good experience! I didn't get Her.name, But the young lady who was leading the ftont end on the lunch shift at the one on.
Old Lee Hwy in Oolteway on August 25, 2024 won me over as a return customer today. That was the classiest, most professionally handled, and all around best fast food experience I have had in decades. America needs more people that work as hard as she does. To get it right. If two thirds of my employees work half as hard as she does, I would get three times as much done in a day
