“I visited a couple of days ago and was relatively pleased with everything overall! The food was budget friendly and pretty good.
I will say that I arrived during down time, and the lobby could’ve used some work.
I was also given the wrong order, but they were quick and courteous to handle it. They even let me keep the item I was given accidentally.
I hadn’t been to a KFC in years, and after this experience it’s more likely I’ll return!“

“This is my very first bad review I am writing and I don't never give a bad review at all about my food and the night shift manager Erin and the cook. We had ordered their Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich and we got our sandwiches the Chicken was over cooked and really dried and we made a complaint to the night shift manager Erin and all she wanted to give us was a mashed potatoe and gravy to make up for the Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich and all she gave was 10% discount for our sandwiches being over cooked and very dry and burnt in spots. The cook should have not sent those sandwiches out the window like that and we not be going back to that Champy's in East Ridge at all. The mashed potatoes and gravy was insulting to us when the night shift manager could have gave us a bigger discount on our sandwiches instead of a small 10% discount or at least have the cook remake it the right way. I wished I would have taken a picture of the Cajun Grilled Chicken.
Our waitress was awesome, she had a great personality.“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“Emma L. was our server tonight. We were watching the Bama/ TN game. She was extremely entertaining, along with the staff. She didn't make me feel bad that Bama lost. I give her 5 stars. Sophie H., Allie V., Arissa K., Katelyn G. were also extremely awesome. They make the Lee hwy Champy's a place i look forward to coming to.“

“Big shout out to Summer at the drive thru for spreading good vibes. As I ordered, she complimented a ring I was wearing. I shared with her I had recently lost one of my favorite rings and she said I would probably find it when I least expected to. Well, guess what? Came home and put on gloves for cleaning kitchen and my ring magically appeared inside the glove! Thanks Summer for the good vibes. You made my day!!“

“The gentleman that was working the counter today was so professional and kind. He is a testament pleasant atmosphere of this restaurant. The staff worked well together to get my food quickly and I came at the end of the lunch rush. I had is off to this manager they have definitely put together a good lunch crew.“

“This is going to be a very detailed review on my personal experience here at this special location. The morning crew is so wonderful! I have to personally speak on certain people who really brighten up my day! Arielle is a motivated hard worker - she goes above and beyond whether it's meal delivery or being inside at the register, doing drinks or at the window. Her warm smile and eagerness to serve is top tier! Daneriya is another favorite who I enjoy seeing each time I come to dine in! She has such a lovely and beautiful spirit! Very positive and focused when it comes to the early morning rush she goes above and beyond, more than what I expect!!! Jamie is such a hard worker as well! Making sure that everything is in order while also having a true genuine heart and utmost compassion when she speaks to the employees. She has even personally prayed for me when I was going through a hard time. I thank her for that! She really takes the time to talk even if it's just for a second which I admire so very much! I absolutely love seeing Ashton in the mornings, he always has one of the biggest and brightest smiles that you can't help but to smile back even if you aren't a morning person. Lol. Valeria is indeed professional, hardworking and keeps everything in alignment along side with Katherine! They both are excellent with their customer service! I can't forget about David! One of the most important leaders that doesn't just tell people what they need to do but he actually puts in the work and goes out the way to serve the customers with whatever they need. There are other employees I have spoken to that really make this establishment feel like home. They know exactly who they are and their hearts are so beautiful and pure! The atmosphere is pleasant and I definitely feel God whenever I am dining in. Don't hesitate to work here or even sit down to eat with family and friends early mornings on your day off! 10/10 one of the best places to visit or work!!!“
