“We came to pigeon forge gatlinburg area for a vacation/ belated honeymoon and we had seen on tik tok about this small family owned business. Both my husband and I haven’t had funnel cake in years and we were blowen away by all the choices. Between the ice cream to fudge etc. we choose to go with the traditional but wanted strawberries. The staff was incredible. They put the strawberries and whip cream in containers on the side and we got to dip our cake into it. It was delicious. Fresh hot light and flaky. I could not recommend this place enough. We love supporting small business. Definitely a place we will come back to in the future“

“First poor experience, but will still recommend and support. I, along with my husband and three kids, visited The Heavenly Roast on Saturday morning the 20th before heading back home. This is a favorite place of ours and we visit whenever we are in town. My husband visited a couple times during the week. We’ve always been supportive of this business. We absolutely love the chocolate peanut butter Frappuccino - no one does it better! When my husband visited the day before, he ordered the chocolate peanut butter Frappuccino blended with the mocha frap plus a shot of espresso and it was fantastic. We asked Saturday morning if they could do that and cashier worker said yes and typed in “Mocha blended with peanut butter.” We assumed it was what we wanted. We also ordered egg bites and a breakfast burrito. When our two 24oz fraps were ready, they don’t look right but I tried one - it was not what we wanted. I went back to the counter and kindly said, “I’m really sorry but this is what we wanted.” That’s hard to do but with the price of the drinks, we wanted what we wanted. The barista (reddish/maroon hair, middle aged, glasses) was rude and demeaning. She said, “Uh yes it is…mocha with a scoop of peanut butter powder.” I clarified we asked for chocolate peanut butter frap blended with mocha and shot of espresso. She went on to say (harshly) that I ordered wrong and what a waste it was. She held up the one we hadn’t tasted and announced to the other customers, “We have a wrong customer order…does anyone want this for free…it’s a good drink.” She said she’d make what we wanted when she could get to it. I was apologetic and thankful. I sat down and just cried. I felt embarrassed and horrible. She treated me so poorly. When it was ready, I went and got it and we hadn’t received our egg bites and burrito yet so I mentioned it and she snarkily replied, “We’re a little busy. I’ll call you when it’s ready.” I just sat and cried more plus our drinks were missing the shot of espresso but I didn’t dare say anything about it. It was a hard ending to our week. We will still be back.“

“The very first time my husband and I visited this café was on our way to our honeymoon. We were on our way to Montana and had come across the Lil Black Bear Cafe. It was back in 2021 and we loved the atmosphere so much because it was welcoming, friendly and the Jesus culture was appealing to us! Since that day forward whenever we visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg will always be supportive of this little treasure!“

“This place is amazing! Staff is really nice and there are 3 different tastings you can do inside, rum, moonshine, and some cream mixes. Some are free relying on tips, and others you pay for but less than $10. Prices are reasonable and you can do a 6 pack pf mini moonshines if you just want to taste a bunch.

“The pork rinds are delicious!!! They actually fry them at the stand!!! The BBQ flavored ones were really good!!! Would definitely get them again if I was in the park! They are a great snack to ward off hunger!!! You can’t go wrong with these!!! Would recommend getting the souvenir bucket because it is refillable and that is a cheaper way to go!!! “Dude this is so FUN! I’m a big fan of these type of dinner theater things, but this fits Tennessee so so well. Dolly Parton has outdone herself once again. The visuals are neat, but the horsemanship from these crews is so incredible. Food was delicious, best dinner theater food in Pigeon Forge. Which, technically almost all of them in Pigeon Forge are owned by the same company, they clearly favor this show. But guys, PLEASE, if you don’t want to be hootin’ and hollerin’, don’t go! It’s the audience that truly has the most impact on both your own show and for the cast. If you’re the only one stomping, it’s not fun. Get out of your heads and just be loud because it is so fun!“

“All the food was delicious. The kids loved the experience. I chose applesauce as their side and the portion was underwhelming, but the quality of the main courses was excellent. The game card for the kids was a nice touch. The quality and variety of the games in the arcade was so fun and entertaining. As an OT and mom I appreciate they have a nursing room and calming room for overstimulated kids (or adults!). Great addition to Pigeon Forge!“

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.“
