The professional hostess and friendly server, Karen, ensured a pleasant dining experience for a party celebrating a 50th birthday. The menu includes dishes like chicken, brisket, salmon, broccoli casserole, mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. The salmon was particularly highlighted for its excellent flavor. The atmosphere was not rushed, allowing guests to enjoy the ambiance, and despite a large party being seated before them, the service was efficient. The meal ended on a sweet note with delicious Chocolate Mousse and Banana Pudding. While some sides could be improved, overall, the dining experience at Song & Hearth was a great way to immerse into the resort's vibe and begin an enjoyable time at Dollywood.
