“Consistently good service and great food! They have a really nice selection of bourbons/whiskies and good bartenders. Bartenders will come to your table and ask questions sometimes to ensure they get it right. It’s not just their smoked meats that are so good either, their sides are terrific! The fried ocra is like my grandmother used to make.“

“I have never had a rude person. I have been going there about a year. The food is always good. Today I tried to go into the restaurant but my hip would not allow me to step up onto the entrance. So they brought my food out to me. The staff are very polite. It is a pleasure to go to J’s Corner. And I like that they close on Sunday now.“

“Try the Chorizo Scrambler, it's so flavorful! Love the diced tomato and sliced avo on top 😋 Can't beat the service or value. Best breakfast in town, imho. We're always impressed!“

“We had a great meal at Hana this evening! We had fantastic service, the food was scrumptious (we had a bento box, a poke bowl, and kids hibachi shrimp), and the owner came out to chat to us! Great atmosphere and really awesome food. Love to Sari and her crew!“

“I just picked up a veggie pizza which I have had before but not recently. The pizza was loaded with veggies and was fresh and so tasty! The lemon pie is pretty good too. Thanks for a very satisfying supper. I will definitely be back. I did not have to wait long at all.“

“My true review is a 3.5 out of 5. Let's get down to it.... I get offended by people claiming NY style when it is no where near NY style. First of all you can't claim NY and be cheap on your toppings, sauce included. At $2.50 a topping | should be having toppings in every bite and this fell short. I wanted to like them because the crust what the right flavor and crispness, and the sauce when you had it on your bite was perfection. But this was like being a teenager getting teased by your bf or gf endlessly waiting for something to happen but never does. And you're left behind wanting more but with overwhelming disappointment at the same time. I know it sounds harsh but just claim it as what it is. Take the NY style off the door unless you want to be more consistent, add extra sauce to your pizza, and quit being cheap on the toppings and make that pie greasy with goodness and you'll have something.“

“Received only 1 piece of Alaska white fish with my combo (should have been 2 pieces). The fish meat was very thin and the skin was black, I had to pick it with my fingers. Waitress brought a second piece that was the same (thin and black). My dinner partner has two nice golden brown think pieces of fish. The other food was very good. However this was a disappointing experience.“

“Love going here on Sundays. It's of course busy but the atmosphere and food trumps that. The food is fantastic if not a bit pricey. But I love the question of the week they put up. Always a fun little thing hearing people's answers when their order is called.“

“Great place to eat. Very caring people to work for. When busy they don't care one bit to jump in were needed. I can say out of all the jobs I've had in my life I don't dread going into work. I'm always anywhere from 20 to 15 mins early. I don't care to stay over. Very positive place to work as well. Everyone works together and always encourage each other.“

“We eat here often and always perfect the Bristol location. Tonight we drove an extra 30 minutes to get to this location, being our favorite because of atmosphere, service and food. TONIGHT WAS DISAPPOINTING. There were other customers but the place was not packed. It took 40 minutes to get our food. My Gyro meat was hard, dry and almost burnt. I was so hungry I eat almost all of it anyways. There was one large piece left when the waitress came by I showed here and she took it to the kitchen to show someone. My bread was also hard and dry. We received half off my plate but really should have been more. NEVER have I ever been disappointed like this here.“

“We have eaten at White Duck Taco locations in Asheville, NC, and Chattanooga, TN, so when we saw there was one in Johnson City - attached to Yee Haw Brewing no less! - we knew this was our dinner spot on a recent trip. Did not disappoint. All the tacos are good but we loved the Bahn Mi and the Shrimp and Grits tacos! White Duck’s menu is fun, creative, affordable, and always tasty.“

The food is excellent. Authentic and always super yummy! We love all the food - from hummus to kabobs, grape leaves to baklava. Service is always exceptional. I have reported the previous post. The cleanliness concern is not valid. The previous reviewer essentially only gives 1 star reviews.“

“I’ve had two dishes here, Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. The Pad Thai was good, the Drunken Noodles will have me coming back again and again! In addition to wonderful food, the employees are very attentive and helpful. I will say, I’ll take quality over quantity, but Tomy Thai has both! I can’t believe the amount of food I’ve gotten. And their mild spice truly is mild, I may try medium next time. Highly recommended!“

“The Food is Really Good but when you Leave off over half of the Order on a to go order For a $17.00 Omelet, well that just Doesn't set right with me. Per the Menu: Fresh Start Omelet -Three-egg omelet filled with chicken sausage, mushrooms, red & green bell peppers, tomatoes, caramelized onions, feta cheese, provolone cheese and spinach. Served with your choice of hash browns, home fries or fresh fruit. My Order: Fresh Fresh Start Omelet. There were No Hash browns no Fruit. Omelet was ok but enough Oil in to go container to Grease My Truck.“

“Not the old one when Paul Bare was alive but they are doing pretty good. They have all you can eat buffet with different items daily. The buffet is $12.99. It is really great for something quick where you don't have to wait. The menu is loaded with options to accommodate larger groups, I am sure they would have something on there to please almost anyone. Only draw back to buffet is it has no desserts.“
