“Continued issues with credit card reader accepting a gift card during checkout. Aloca & both Knoxville have the same issue. Today visit to Blaze the reader would not accept the card being manually entered. Service was slow only one person working the pizza toppings part of the counter. Several people in line and carry out orders, seemed to be a lot for one person.“

“we made reservation for 3 at 1:30pm on a Sunday and were seated right away. The atmosphere and decor already me 😍. My husband, son, and I are HUGE pizza fans. We've traveled all over for it so we thought why not try a new pie in our favorite city. It did not disappoint. We went for the hot honey pepperoni and veggie deluxe and they were both amazing. My husband got the spicy rigatoni and it was VERY close, if not better than the dish we just had in Chicago. We will 100% be back! The staff were also very welcoming. Great experience!“

“This is my favorite blaze pizza location! They sometimes get pretty backed up with orders, but it’s worth the wait here! The gluten free crust is great. They take allergies seriously. Today, after a long day at work, I ordered my pizza online to the wrong location, and they were able to make my pizza and transfer the order/payment from the other location. The service is incredible and I totally recommend it here“

“This is the best NY style pizza in Knoxville and the best Grandma's style pizza in Knoxville. Service is usually always good, sometimes a little slow but nothing to really complain about. The pasta dishes are pretty good but we almost always order pizza and some salad. Parking can be a little difficult because there is only 1 handicap spot and we have someone who uses a walker.“

“I always have an amazing experience at this restaurant, thanks to the delicious food and the friendly, helpful staff. During our recent visit, I we had a great meal. However, I accidentally left my purse at the table and only realized it once we got home. When I called the restaurant, I was relieved to hear they had found my bag. With our upcoming move, their prompt assistance saved me a tremendous amount of hassle in replacing everything. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness!“

“We haven't been to Jaboni's Pizzeria since they opened, but tonight we wanted something different than our usual dining before catching a movie at the mall. The service was fast, food was delicious, and drinks were strong. Our server Nate was fantastic. Very friendly, patient, and had us to our movie right on time. We will definitely be back. The Maui Wowie pizza was savory, sweet, and different. I don't like a lot of pizza, but I will definitely be back for that one and the truffle fries. Thank you Nate for a great night with fast, friendly service. I highly recommend Jaboni's Pizzeria! Ask for Nate!“

I came in from St. Louis, Missouri for a comedy show, and wasn’t sure what to expect—but I’m impressed. Da Vinci runs the whole place himself, and it shows. Line out the door, college kids piling in, and he’s back there making every pizza with zero shortcuts. I called in a carry-out order—he picked up, took it himself, and had it ready in 10 minutes. No drama, just solid service. When I showed up, he handed me the pizza and shook my hand like it actually mattered.
Hard to find places like this anymore. All heart, all hustle, and the pizza backs it up.“

“Ordered carryout from the Knoxville location on 7/25/2025. My interaction with the staff was limited, but they were very courteous and willing to provide any incidentals you asked for.
I ordered an individual size, loaded pep and cheese, along with a chef salad. The pizza was excellent. Great flavor, the didn't skimp on the toppings, even though it was an individual size. The only complaints for the pizza were actually a result of me not ordering properly... I typically order my crust well done and lite on the sauce, neither of which I did, but that in no way detracted from the quality of their pizza.
The salad was great. The greens were fresh and crispy, the cheese was fresh mozzarella, and the meats were of the same excellent quality they use on their pizzas.
My only gripe with the salad was the Italian dressing. It seemed to be very thin and watery and bland tasting, very uncharacteristic of a good quality Italian dressing.
That said, I'll gladly come back when I return to Knoxville again. Even better for me, Brenz has three locations in the Columbus, Ohio area.“

“WE ORDERED A LARGE PIZZA AND A LARGE GREEK SALAD YESTERDAY AT 235PM. MY HUSBAND ARRIVED THERE AT 255PM AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A COUPLE OF MINUTES MORE. HE RECIVED THE PIZZA AT 330PM. WHEN HE BOUGHT THE ORDER HOME INSTEAD OF A LARGE GREEK SALAD THEY SENT A SMALL GREEK SALAD. I CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS SMALL ORDER THAT TOOK AN HOUR TO RECIEVE AND THE MANAGER ( MAN ) TOLD ME THEN I SHOULD'VE ORDERED THRU DOOR DASH. IF THIS IS NOT THE MOST STUPID RESPONSE OF THIS MANAGERS INEPTITUDE TO RUN A BUSINESS. HE BLAMES IT ON A TOTALLY IRRELEVANT OTHER PARTY INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICE PAID FOR. I REALLY USED TO LIKE MELLOW MUSHROOM BUT I WILL NO LONGER B PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. CUSTOMER SRRVICE IS NO LONGER A PRIORITY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. PROBABLY A TRUMP SUPPORTED FRANCHISE. “Marcos is hands down my favorite pizza in Knoxville! The crust is perfectly crisp without being too hard, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff at the Ebenezer Rd location are always so sweet and friendly, which makes picking up my order a great experience every time.
I also really appreciate that their prices are reasonable, and they offer great discounts and freebies from time to time. My food is always ready on time, quick and easy to pick up, and piping hot when I get it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza and great service!“

“My delivery order I placed this evening was misunderstood, the delivery man told me to call Marco's and let them know. The manager on this evening shift was very polite and professional, she took care of the misunderstanding right way!

“Chris Moon runs a fantastic bar and restaurant, I must say between the awesome staff who is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The bar tenders are beautiful, and very nice along with helpful when it comes to the most popular items. I was skeptical at first because anyone who knows bar food it can be hit or miss, BUT Two doors down exceeded my expectations and I’m not talking a little bit, but by a lot. Me and my company ordered hot wings, the moonshine chicken nachos, pork chops, and the frito pie, we had many different drinks from the grape drank (my favorite) pineapple and rum; Mai tai, and some others. Not one single thing disappointed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and was the best bar food I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the bar was amazing, good upbeat music, and a phenomenal atmosphere. Chris came in and joined us to a great educated conversation which ended our evening perfectly. If you haven’t tried this establishment before then you are missing out for sure. “First time ordering delivery previously got a carryout of the baked spaghetti and meatballs and a salad everything was delicious today I tried the pizza and breadsticks the pizza was good great taste but the bread sticks were amazing absolutely job well done . They were soft not over cooked thick but just right and combined with the marinara were a perfect combination some of the best bread sticks I've had from anywhere . Will be trying other items soon .“

“A category of its own. Go here if you’re looking to try something new. At $3/slice it is worth the risk to try something new. The hot crispy crust and fresh toppings are the perfect combination.
Some people don’t understand it, to each their own. It’s existed since 1945 and can’t be compared to a NY style slice if that’s what you’re craving.
The gentleman working was fantastic at balancing customers and all the steps of making pizza with fresh dough. To management, I felt like he could have used a helper to give a more professional vibe. Vibe can be hard to justify economically, but having someone handling orders and running food to those enjoying the patio would be nice.
Atmosphere: Loved the DiCarlos nostalgia and decor. Store was out of Italian soda and Merchandise. I can assure you I would have done some Christmas shopping for family. Let me know when you stock back up.“

“First time having Papa John's in years. But I was presently surprise by everything. The store was clean and they had a lot of people working. Workers were friendly and busy working. The food was good, a lot of butter on the garlic bread but still good. And the jalapeño was not as good as it once was many years ago.
Who I assume to be the manager was very nice, offered us plates and extra sauce, seeing that we were talking about going somewhere to eat outside. I will be back when I get a craving again.“

It was supposed to show my carb free pork rinds in my wonderful decaffeinated cup of coffee. I mentioned to them my friend.
