“I was craving a philly cheesesteak so I decided to stop in. It was my first time trying Penn Station and they didn’t disappoint because the sandwich was delicious. Martina took my order and she was so nice and polite. I’ll definitely return to this location.“

“I have been picking up catering meals here for the past year for my work. The staff here have always gone above and beyond to help me with my orders. In the four I have done (the last with 25 box lunches) every single sandwich was there, receipt in tow, and they ALWAYS help me carry it to my car. From dropping off the paper with my order on it to pick up, these people do such a wonderful job. I can’t thank you all enough for making something that stresses me out not so hard. If you need a catered lunch for your business/organization, this Subway is a great pick. Thank you guys!!!“

“Went in about 7 pm even though there were some bad reviews because we were hungry after a long car trip and wanted something healthier than fast food. I immediately noticed that the store was very clean- almost spotless! Caleb was behind the counter and his telling to take care of the drive through and counter by himself. He immediately made eye contact with me (only one inside) and said he would be right with me. I watched him finish up 2 foot longs and he was quick and efficient in his movements.I placed my order for 2 foot longs and stood by while he made them. We chatted and he stated that he was not aware of the many negative reviews. The ingredients he was using all looked very fresh and he used nice amounts not being stingy at all. I asked for extra banana peppers and he obliged.We ate in the parking lot as we had our dog with us and the sandwiches were very tasty. Both were toasted and they were just right as to temperature.Restaurant was clean, Caleb deserves a raise, and we will be back!!“
“I worked for this place for almost 2 years. I was nothing but used lied to and never was trained properly. The “big bosses” are absolutely useless and they do not do what they say. And if they have to come help which never happens but 2 times out of 2 years I was there. They will sit and degrade you and the store.“

“When Subway is done right, no one is better...BUTThe recent decision to install the stainless steel cover for the meats and cheeses is a SERIOUS miscalculation and gives the impression Subway is trying to hide their meats and cheeses while their competitors are showing theirs“
