“The only reason I'm rating it 4 stars is because when they gave me my order I had an item missing and had to tell them. Then I get out to the car and realized there was another item missing so I had to go back in and have them fix it. Besides that they were extra nice and apologetic about messing it up.“

“There was a line from the drive thru window to the front of the store waiting on food. I paid $30. For two platters, no drinks. I got home and some of my order was missing from both platters. Always something left out. I don't mind the wait least I know the food is hot but please put everything in my order. Both claws was left out.“

“I went through the DriveThru and this was my first online order with Bojangles. Ordering was super easy and getting one of my grilled chicken sandwiches for free as an online promo or something was definitely a bonus!
I promised Mom that I'd bring home something to eat. I was thrilled to be able to order grilled chicken sandwiches with lettuce that was green and a real slice of tomato. Having the option to omit or add extra frosting on the BoBerry for my diabetic Mom was appreciated too! The food was great too. I'll do my ordering online from now on.

“Sub was delicious.Experience wasn't the greatest.Although I ordered online and left a 20% tip, they were not friendly. It probably wasn't before by the fact that when I got there they were just beginning to build my sandwiches.So, at every step of the way, I had to ask them to follow my requests on the app.Could I have extra olives please?I asked for that extra toasted.And each time, they seemed annoyed.I was polite, friendly, and true to engage nicely.In the end, I got my sandwiches the way I wanted them. And they were delicious!The experience, however, was not.“

“I was traveling from Bristol to Knoxville and back friday the 20th and stopped to order food on my app..didn't change my location (most apps update on their own) and went to the drive thru to pick up my lunch. Of course, it wasn't there, and I'd already paid through the app..well, a manager, a woman was so very kind to me and gave me my order. She didn't have to but comped it off. It's always bad reviews that make it to the forefront..I just wanted to take a moment to tell everyone about her kindness. Thank you“
