“We went tonight for my mom’s birthday and our Waitress, Jen, was absolutely AMAZING!!! She interacted with all of us so well and cut up and chatted with us and we never had to “want” for anything. She already got it haha the drinks were never empty and we never had to ask for sauce or Anything! And the food was perfect as usual. But her personality and hospitality was literally the best. she so deserves to be recognized! We loved her!“

“The food was delicious. I could live on the home made potato chips!!! I had the brisket which was pretty good but I would have liked a little more bark on it. Husbands pulled pork was really great. He loved the Mac n cheese. Baked beans were seasoned well and great texture!!!! Portions were really big and neither of us could finish it all. Didn’t try the desserts but the portions were HUGE. I need to come here one night just to try dessert!!! They looked amazing“

“Today we visited LongHorn Steakhouse and had one of the most incredible and memorable dining experiences! It was entirely because of our waitress, Soteria W. 🤗
Her personality was outstanding. In today’s world, it’s becoming harder and harder to find service staff who truly elevate the experience and make going out to dinner feel worth it. Soteria absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was attentive, personable, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience from start to finish.
She made the entire meal enjoyable, welcoming, and memorable. Customer service like hers is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I truly hope this company understands the value she brings and provides her opportunities for growth—because based on her skills alone, she could easily be in a leadership or management role.
Soteria is exactly the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.“

“You can smell the turkey legs before you get there and they are available from open to close. Smoked and delicious and so large that you might not be able to finish it unless you share with a loved one. As of today they are $15.99 each which is pricey but just keep telling yourself it’s a vacation and splurge a little. If not get ready for Turkey Leg envy as people walk on by noshing to their hearts delight. This was lunch and dinner for me.“
“We found them at Patriot Park for the 4th of July and are glad we did! Anyone can entice a hungry crew with the smell of smokin BBQ, but the energy of the crew and the fact they were partnering with Isaiah 117 House 'pulled' us in for some fantastic smoked meat! You've got a new 'can't wait to repeat' customer.“

“Service was friendly, but they were out of all the peripherals, no napkins, no silverware, no syrup for their soda machine... I think it's meant as a grab and go for the sister/adjacent restaurant, not all foods are walking friendly.
Chipotle Honey BBQ ribs were good, nice serving for $13.99 inside an amusement park. Smoky Mountain corn was difficult to eat, very messy, especially without napkins... and IMHO not worth the $10.99.“

“Me and my family ate here on Monday afternoon for lunch and it was pretty good if you and your family are here in the park and looking for good food for lunch I would really recommend going here it is a really good place for lunch and would recommend to anybody“

“This is a must stop for our family when visiting the area. My husband looks forward to it every time. Not only is the food good, but it comes out quickly. We have small children, so we appreciate a hot meal that comes out fast. We had Traci as our server. She was very kind and attentive. Look forward to next year!“

“Just left the restaurant. Food was very good..hot and served to order. Good atmosphere, great server. His name was John. Took good care of us, refills, rolls to the table, and checked back frequently. All in all, a great dining experience!“

“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“
