“I stopped by the Sevierville location this morning and just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing broistas—especially the girl from Phoenix! I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and truly made my morning. I'm originally from Arizona as well, but now live in Clearwater, FL (where, sadly, there's no Dutch Bros), so this visit was extra special. She went above and beyond by comping my drink, giving me stickers, and making me feel genuinely appreciated as a Dutch Bros customer. She is the BEST… despite attending my rival college! 😂💙💚🩵“

“Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this place is outstanding! If you are picky about coffee like me this is the perfect place. They make all their syrups and use quality beans. The employees are super friendly and it’s a cute warm atmosphere to hang out at. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!“

“Hi MiMi, my husband and I are from GA and we stopped by the Knife store on our way back home today. We saw your adorable stand and stopped by to get coffee on our way out. I met your granddaughter and she explained how she was on her third day after being trained and today was the busiest day yet. I am also a MiMi to my 7 grandchildren. I assured her she was doing a great job and her grandmother should be proud. You have a beautiful granddaughter and awesome setup!! God Bless you both ❤️“

“Yelena was so helpful and kind. She recommended a Hawaiian Salted Caramel with Coconut Latte. I was feeling a cold drink so I asked for it frozen and added a 1/2 pump of chocolate topped with Carmel drizzle and cinnamon. Holy cow. BEST Drink I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommended!!“

“Audreianna was so extremely nice. I was not expecting that from a Dunkin at all. She gave us service that is standard for a competitor of Dunkin’. From start to finish, Audreianna was patient and pleasant. Dunkin’ should look into the qualities of Andreianna and find more employees like her for their company.“
