“We went on a really busy Saturday they were swamped with a tennis camp, but they handled it well. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. It's nice they have inside and outside areas to eat. Definitely recommend stopping in for a great sandwich!Kid-friendliness: They had free popcorn and outside area to eat and hang out, kids loved that.“
“Excellent customer service! The kitchen made a mistake on my order (they put mustard on my cheeseburger). I really did try to eat it & ate about 1/2 of the burger, but just couldn't eat the rest of it . . . I really do not like mustard! Our server offered me a new burger. We really needed to get back on the road,so I told her that it wS NOT necessary. As we were getting ready to leave, she brought a new freshly grilled cheeseburger out to me (without the mustard) AND informed me that she had removed the charge for my burger from our bill! You just don't get better customer service than that! My husband enjoyed his order of smoked sausage & fried okra, & YES, we will be back.“
“This is so incredibly convenient. Front desk girls have been awesome & accommodated well! Thank you for everything! By far my favorite little spot on my solo trip!Nearby activities: So much hiking & cool little spots to seek out. Front desk will give you a map if you ask & they also recommended an app to me.“
“Fun place. Portions were big! We had pork chops, pulled pork, sausage/onions/peppers, pork sandwich. Sides: French fries, Brussel sprouts, cucumber salad, green beans. Everything was really good. Side salad came on a dinner plate for $3.95. Nowhere can you get this much good food at the prices! Bonus was live music on Friday night.“
“My family loved this place. We stopped through to stay at the Smoke House Hotel coming home from a trip and went to the Patio for dinner. It’s a small eclectic space, with live music every Fri and Sat, and the food was good with generous portions. We highly recommend the fried okra and fried pies with ice cream, both were amazing! We loved the atmosphere and friendly people and hope to visit again. You could bring your family, come on a date, or to hang out with friends. Don’t let the location or look of the place scare you away-this place is a real gem.“
“The place may be uncomfortably small inside, but man, the food is delicious! We were in town sightseeing when we noticed it was lunch time. After a quick search on Google, this came up. Due to the great reviews, we decided to give it a shot. Thank goodness we did! Everything we ordered was beyond delicious!! The pretzel bites? Salty and crispy on the outside, yet soft and airy on the inside. Chicken tenders and chicken sandwich? Both cooked to perfection, and the breading was fantastic! The fries and homemade chips? The best i have had in such a long time! The food was so amazing we had to order some baked goods to go to know if it was just as wonderful. (They most definitely are).I really didn't know what to expect from the Blue Chair Cafe & Tavern, but you guys exceeded them. This food alone will have us stopping back whenever we visit Tennessee again!“
