“I don't know why or how, but this location is great compared to others in close by towns. I actually stopped eating at Dairy Queen for a long time because the food and service was so bad. I moved to Seymour so thought I'd try this one. I was so surprised that I loved the food and the workers are so nice here. Now it's on my list of regular places to eat!“

“Ordered takeout online. Garlic cheesy crust The Works added tomatoes. It was super delicious. Everyone loved it. Buffalo wings were equally delicious. Pizza was loaded with toppings. Earned a free dessert from our papa rewards was the Bonus. Employees super nice. Ty so much“

“Very clean Food good staff help“

“They didn't have any help. Only 1 employee was trying to do it all. He was doing a great job, but he really either needed help or shut down until help could get there. It was not fair for customers yelling at this boy, when he was the only one that even showed up. By the way the food was wonderful and made excellent, not threw together like you would expect.“

“Had a horrible experience with an order ahead. Cole slaw was covering the entire order and we didn’t even order Cole Slaw. Called the store and spoke with Pam who apologized profusely and offered to replace the entire meal the next time we came through.

Went in and Peyton not only honored this but then went back and personally made the order.

This store has been struggling for a long time but now that they have these amazing ladies there I have no doubt it’s going to change for the better!!“

“My daughter had an interview scheduled at this location today. She was excited, prepared, and dressed nicely for her first job interview. When she went in for her interview, the manager was completely rude to her, told her that she didn't have any interviews scheduled today, and told her that even if she did that she wouldn't hire her because she is 15. My daughter came out crushed and in tears. There is no reason to be a hateful, ugly human being!“

“Everytime we've been here the food is good and the service is quick! Tonight we were served by Donald and while we waited for our food to be finished he gave us crowns for the whole car and entertained us! He made it a very pleasant experience.“

“I’m in this store often for my mother in law, and every time i visit Teena is making our sandwiches. Teena is the best employee i’ve ever met in a fast food restaurant!! She’s quick, efficient, professional, and on numerous occasions i’ve seen her bust out 50 sandwiches even while training another employee and checking people out at the same time!! She makes each subway visit tolerable and i think this girl deserves a raise! TEENA 2024!!“

“We showed up unaware that it was 1 minute before closing due to the place being full of customers. The GM said with a smile, he would be more than happy to take our orders. After ordering, the employees began moving like a well practiced team. They were supporting eachother in every way to ensure the correctness and promptness of our order. The Gm engaged my wife and I in conversation as he began cleaning and rearranging the service counter with information on other locations as well as the companies history. In a few brief moments he was directing us to the pick up counter where we were greeted by another smiling team member helping us to pick condiments and suggestions of the favorites. It was an overall outstanding first visit to this professional, polite, fast, clean and curteous restaraunt. Once home, the food was equal to the service we recieved at the Seymour Freddies, fresh and full of flavor! Thank you staff for a great and memorable experience. Highly reccomended!“
