“WOW! Where to start, I will keep this short while trying to give proper credence to Outstanding Customer Service. Yesterday my wife ordered a carryout order for my mother who was craving a salad after her dialysis session claiming they were awesome and she loved it. Today while visiting my mom she kept bragging about how great that salad was , then she made the comment that she could eat one every day! I know strong commitment right ! Anyway , I knew I had some cash on me so I called in another salad for pickup. When I walked out to get in the car I told my nephew who was also visiting, asked if I could get him a drink and of course I said YES, I mean he’s 9 years old but it reminded me that I hadn’t ordered my mom a drink. When I arrived they were busy busy. I got the last parking spot! When I walked in I was promptly greeted by a young man at the counter and I gave my babe and told him I had a call I order and gave him my name. Here is were the outstanding personal touch comes in. A woman by the name of Susan who was busy busy busy grabbed my order and started to ring me out. I asked if I could add 2 to go drinks to my order, Coke Classic’s to be exact. Susan said absolutely and I was impressed as I felt bad considering how busy the entire team was, just springing it on her as she was putting my total together, she gave be the total and I pulled my wallet out. ..

I soon realized that I had jest done if my cash at home and I was $1.85 short!!! I know I Know. I was honest and told her that I was short and apologized and asked her to take one of the drinks off and once again apologized. Very embarrassing for me but you never would have known as I hide stress well so I’m told but … she told me that she could make it exactly what I had, I offered to only take one drink but she was very professional and quickly said “ I can either pour it out and throw the cup away or help you today”.

My mother loved her Salad 2 days in a row and bother her and my nephew enjoyed their CoCa Cola Classics.

“Backtracked off I24 outside Chattanooga on our trip between MO and NC. Googled chef salads near me and found Odell’s. Wasn’t sure about it not knowing the area but when we saw how cute and clean it was we decided to try it. Best decision we could’ve made. I got my chef salad which was the best I ever had. Hubby had turkey sandwich and son had pizza and shake. Everything so AWESOME!!! The owner and chef came over to chat with us. I told my husband I want to make it a point to stop in again on the way back thru. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!“

“Walked here after the aquarium. And I am a burger fiend. I was excited to try the 96 Burger with truffle tots. SO glad I didn’t top it off with a milkshake. I can EAT, but this was SO RICH I couldn’t finish my tot. Holy truffle. If it’s possible to have TOO much truffle, they found it. Still on the fence. It was sitting in a pool of… butter…? Truffle oil? Undecided.

But service is top notch!
I went there for lunch after a physical therapy session (torn ACL), I’m slow going right now, using crutches.
One of the workers came to assist with opening the door and to make sure I could get up the sidewalk ok.
On our way out, same thing happened, but with a different staff member. As I am taking a breather in the car, I notice they rushed to help an elderly lady who was struggling to get over the sidewalk, walking with a cane. They are a great family atmosphere with quality food. This location is by far my favorite five guys I’ve been to, just because of the hospitality alone.“

“We had a pleasant experience at Applebee's in Hixson, thanks to our server Gary, who provided quick service. The food arrived promptly, and although the queso was a bit runnier than we prefer, it still tasted okay. The Tex-Mex shrimp bowl and chicken quesadilla salad were both tasty, and the triple chocolate melt was a delightful dessert. “Party Bites was the best choice for my wedding!! They created a custom taco bar for us according to what we wanted!! We had chosen them after hearing one recommendation and hadn’t even tasted the food before and my husband and I, along with every guest we had, agree the food was delicious!!! During our reception Antonio (the owner and chef) himself came up to us and was making sure we were taken care of (including bringing my husband and I full plates of chips of queso)!! Staff: the counter girl was awesome, all smiles and on the ball. I met some of the staff also (family owned) and they ARE terrific ppl!

Food: I am from Western New York and can say this was the best sub I have ever had south of the mansion dixson line. I had a ham and cheese with 🥬 🍅 and 🧅 mayo and oil.
Tons on veggies ham and cheese were fresh as one could ask for and size was HUGE a real sub sandwich. Got fries and we're crinkle cut and thick and fresh.

Clean Building, Pet Friendly Galvatron was in hog heaven on the patio which was clean and nice.

OVERALL if you are in Hixson and want something different they are a must try.

“I like this fast food restaurant. I enjoy the items that they have that aren't standard at most fast food burger places. Like the bacon ranch wrap. The food is always made great at this location. The last two times I was there I waited 15 minutes for my meal. And it was a slow day there were only three customers in the restaurant. Killing a good portion of my lunch break. The burgers are really good. I love the Cajun fries. I love the bacon ranch wrap. It's only they were slightly faster.“

“I always get my Breakfast here every morning ,before going to work. The Day shift,that I mainly deal with is so awesome and do all they can to get your food ready,the way you want it!
