“Very nice Dunkin’ Donuts with a general menu available. Staff was OK, not the most friendly, but not bad either.The store is connected to another commerce building, like a convenience store like.They allowed us to keep our dog with us, pet friendly.Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, always the best in my opinion

“Today I went through the drive thru and was greeted with a happy voice. This is the first time in a very long time I met someone that seemed happy to be kind and pleasant at a fast food restaurant. When I arrived at the window I met Kay. She's the manager. I will be going here more now. I really hope Kay stays.“
“Service here is 100 times better than that God awful Dunkin' location on Cane Ridge in Antioch. This place is my go-to from now on and I certainly would drive anywhere outta my way to be treated as I would want to be treated-with respect. I think some employees forget that customers pay their paychecks and so they become rude and very snarky (referring to the Cane Ridge in Antioch) BUT not this location in Smyrna...they know how to treat their customers. They are quick and the food I've gotten was so hot I had to wait 5 minutes to eat it but it was certainly worth it.“
