He literally runs that whole place by himself. I’m seriously always impressed by him and hopefully he’s getting all his tips and not sharing it with the nuisance/ eye sore that sits behind the counter stuffing her face while scrolling on her phone constantly in front of customers. She’s so rude and has terrible customer service skills. I come here pretty often and she’s always behind the counter doing the same sh’t. When I have to go to the counter to pay, she never acknowledges or even gets her face out of the phone to speak to me for two seconds. I’m in the food business, so I am all about good customer service and handling the tasks professionally. I’m a good tipper and I expect it to be worth it in all aspects. Again, Food is great. “The food was really good and the service is also very good. Very impressed by the size of the soup and salad. The sushi was extremely tasty and fresh. There were a lot of different appetizers to choose from and the ones we had were great.
There were not a lot of main course choices but the ones we chose were amazing. We had the chicken teriyaki and chicken fried rice and they were both amazing. Also the shrimp tempura was excellent.
The food was plentiful and delicious and the price for lunch was very reasonable.

“There were three of us for dinner. One had steamed oysters, one had the catfish basket, and the had the chicken finger basket. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. And our server Blake was top notch. He was probably one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. As we all know, eating out has gotten pretty expensive, and Toot’s Is no exception. We drove about 30 miles to eat there. We do that a couple of times a year. It was an enjoyable experience.“

“We went with a large church group on a Friday. Service was excellent. Drinks came quickly. The food bars had lots of choices. The best item was the fried fish, which was perfect. All other items I chose tasted bland-as if needing salt or more seasoning. Meatloaf was cold. Butter patties were ice cold, never to soften. Not sure if it was because the ladies’ restroom was near the kitchen, but the tile floor was so slick/greasy (not wet from water), I was afraid of slipping and falling.“

“i got the fish and fries for $4.99 with a cole slaw side... total was $6.54.

The drive thru person was friendly
The fish planks were a good size
The fries were a bit skimpy but I didn't want that much in fries
They included hush puppies
And my side of cole slaw was basically a dollar

So 2 good pieces of fish, fries, hush puppies, cole slaw and extra breading which I enjoyed with tartar and cocktail sauce.

I have no complaints.
