“This was so facinating. I came in and was reading and writing. Then I made 5 friends. Part of it was my outsized aura, but a large part of it was due to the people of this specific starbucks being oddly friendly. Shared some laughs with the strangers in my community. Had facinating conversations. I little girl even attempted to give me the cake pop her mom just bought her, so adorable.
Got a free refill even tho I barely had the money, they were so kind and gave a complimentary refill even tho it wasn't the norm. I didn't even have to mention that I was broke, he smelled it. A friendly man from my past who was good friends with me smiled and was like "I got you." . There's this one guy here that's always friendly whenever I come in. It's just a super great time here.
One reason I simply cannot give 5 stars though, y'all have a cleanliness and flies issue... not the workers fault they're working as hard as they can go... I just think at one point spending $50-$100 for professional cleaning to exterminate the rampant flies and dirtiness would be worthwhile.
EDIT: I had to raise to *FIVE STARS* because the cute barista gave me water even tho they were closed. Too kind!“
“I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about.I just came through the area for a doctor's appointment, and checked for the closest coffee place and was surprised by the negative feedback. This was still a very convenient location, so I went in.Ordered a almond milk chai, and a regular dirty chai. Went to pickup to wait for the drink and unlocked my phone to check messages, but before I was able to look at the phone they had my order ready and on the pickup counter.The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous about my brain not having had it's coffee yet.The only detriment I can think of is that it's inside a grocery store, but that is not really in their control and not that big of a detriment.“
“I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a couple of years and the people who work here are some of the nicest people! The genuine kindness is unmatched from any other location I’ve been to in my life. My dog also loves this place. He can be a little rambunctious but the workers are so nice and laugh along with him as he devours his pup cup. To everyone who works here - you are doing fantastic!!“
