“I have to give it to these baristas! They know how to make drinks here! I so much appreciate how delicious my drink is. It makes my day so much better and I just wanted to publicly say thank you guys so much for bringing me joy. That’s how delicious they are really! It might just be a simple drink to some but for me it’s the little things. I hope the management realizes the quality of baristas they have and treat them as such.“

“One of my favorite places to visit is this Starbucks located at the intersection of Tiny Town & Trenton! My team & I order here often, every visit has been nothing short of wonderful! The team here always ensures great customer service, & of course great coffee! One particular employee I’d like to shout out is Miss Debrah! Wonderful customer service, always has us smiling with a coffee to make sure our day starts great! Whether it’s in-store or drive through, this team makes Starbucks an essential part of the day for me! Thank you all for making something as small as a pre-shift coffee run into a part of the day I look forward to!“

“I ordered a hot drink and got it cold. They were busy so it was understandable, but I didn't have time to get it fixed before my class. I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it. Also, the smell in the library from the coffee is great. :)“

“I don’t know who was working today, but I came in at 9 AM on the 15th and when I tell you, I have never had a better tasting brown sugar oat milk, shaken espresso in my life. I don’t know how you did it, but you really did it. I haven’t had a good tasting one in probably months, I don’t know why it’s like a gamble sometimes because you’ll never know if the person that’s making it knows how to make it good but I always be gambling because when it’s good it is so good and when I tell you, you made it so good I literally could cry right now. The second I laid my eyes on it. I told the person in the window yeah y’all ate with that. It looks so good today and they really did eat with that because I am lost for words now you’re probably wondering is it really that serious? Yes, it is that serious. This is my all-time favorite drink and I have had it at least 10 times in the past month and it has been so bad I’m talking espresso burnt, ice overloaded, but no…. Madison never fails me. Maybe that’s why it’s been bad bc I haven’t gone to Madison. Anyways whoever worked bar today keep them on it for the love of God“

“Visited for my birthday and the staff made an honorable mention in my day !! Without telling them about the day, they were extremely sweet and complementing ! Lovely team working Aug 5 ~03:00pm ! Very kind ☺ They enjoyed my heart shaped glasses so much that they did this to my cup. They couldn't have known, but this little doodle on my order really mattered 💝“

“TikTok led me astray with one of their “trendy” coffees, leaving me disappointed. However, Courtney stepped in and saved the day by offering to make me something else to satisfy my coffee craving. Thank you for your excellent customer service!“

“I've just moved to Clarksville so I needed a coffee pick me up for all the unpacking. I went through the drive thru with my dog and I swear the lady at the window was s incredibly pleasant! I didn't get her name but she had purple hair and was a fan of Faye from Cowboy Bebop (she had a space cowboy tattoo lol) She was so nice to my dog and super chipper and smiling! I hope I get her next time I swing by 🥰“
