“I don’t know who was working today, but I came in at 9 AM on the 15th and when I tell you, I have never had a better tasting brown sugar oat milk, shaken espresso in my life. I don’t know how you did it, but you really did it. I haven’t had a good tasting one in probably months, I don’t know why it’s like a gamble sometimes because you’ll never know if the person that’s making it knows how to make it good but I always be gambling because when it’s good it is so good and when I tell you, you made it so good I literally could cry right now. The second I laid my eyes on it. I told the person in the window yeah y’all ate with that. It looks so good today and they really did eat with that because I am lost for words now you’re probably wondering is it really that serious? Yes, it is that serious. This is my all-time favorite drink and I have had it at least 10 times in the past month and it has been so bad I’m talking espresso burnt, ice overloaded, but no…. Madison never fails me. Maybe that’s why it’s been bad bc I haven’t gone to Madison. Anyways whoever worked bar today keep them on it for the love of God“
“The baristas were so kind! I wasn’t feeling great and wanted to change my order and they did it free of charge ! It’s hard to find Starbucks where ALL the workers are polite, courteous and welcoming but this shop hit the nail on the head!!! I’m from out of town but if I’m craving Starbucks before I leave this will be the ONLY store I go to! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! 😊
*UPDATE* Came back the next day and my experience was just as good even though I was in there for less than 10 minutes. Anastasia is a rockstar! I don’t know who needs to hear this but she deserves a raise! She is amazing and such a sweetheart!“

Sydney is knowledgeable and always explains company standards whenever I have questions. She always remembers my name and order, having it practically ready for me when I arrive.
The store manager, Caty, is absolutely amazing! She is always so helpful with whatever I am needing!

“I have never went into either store I like the drive thru faster. Besides the different kinds of drinks hot cold iced coffee not coffee refreshers etc. Check out there app so you can order online or at Starbucks. They also have food items likeSandwich's, cake pops egg bits,etc. My favorite is a egg white turkey bacon warmed the best less then 300 calories.“

“Good and service are great, what you would expect from Starbucks. But this location has a remodel a few years back and they removed all the seating. They also do not have a public restroom - not that you have to ask for a code like at many Starbucks, but none at all.“
“This is by far my favorite Starbucks location, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and the warmest, most welcoming energy. The baristas here are truly exceptional—kind, friendly, and consistently going above and beyond to make every visit a great experience.
I’ve known many of them for years, and they have always been so wonderful to my entire family, including my four children. They remember us, make us feel valued, and treat us with so much care and patience. It’s rare to find a place where the staff feels more like friends, and that’s exactly what makes this location so special.
They are also amazing at helping me discover new drinks whenever I want to switch things up, offering thoughtful suggestions and taking the time to make sure I love what I order. The atmosphere is positive, comfortable, and welcoming every single time. This is the place, these are the people, and they are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!“
