“They are better than the McDonald's in Madison ville, which where completely out of fish sandwiches .and had very slick floors. So we went to Sweetwater McDonald's and ordered fish sandwiches. And received good service. And clean place to eat.“
“We had no idea where we were and we just needed a place to stop. We found this spot and decided it was gonna have to work. Little did we know that we had discovered the coolest little coffee shop in East Tennessee! The coffee is awesome! And, of course, the best southern hospitality there is! We will remember this spot and will definitely be back for more coffee.“

“I let the cashier (Mckinlie) know I placed a mobile order, and accidentally chose the wrong location, and she let her manager Kim know about the situation and they cancelled my order with Athens and remade my drink free of charge. Awesome service!“

Parking: They offer a Large parking lot/ area around both sides of the restaurant to park and free of charge.
Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals for small children and a mighty kids Meal for "older children"
Wheelchair accessibility: The main door and every other entrance into the store, incuding EXITS... within the entire location is Wheelchair accessible. ((:“

“I'm always having issues with items missing or made incorrectly, but tonight's order was it for me after finding hair in 2 different fries. Ruined the meal completely for my family. Will definitely not be ordering from this location again.“

“Great place to visit! For breakfast, coffee, lunch or snacks and a bonus if you have a child in dance or gymnastics! Very friendly staff who take the time to visit and give you some advice on what to do in the area, even when traveling out of state! Thank you!!!“
