“I happened to be in Sweetwater this morning so it was the perfect time to try Cup Runneth Over and I'm so glad I did! From a greeting when walking in the door, customer service was on point. Maddie made me an excellent latte and the blueberry muffins were quite possibly the best I've ever eaten.“

“They are better than the McDonald's in Madison ville, which where completely out of fish sandwiches .and had very slick floors. So we went to Sweetwater McDonald's and ordered fish sandwiches. And received good service. And clean place to eat.“
“We had no idea where we were and we just needed a place to stop. We found this spot and decided it was gonna have to work. Little did we know that we had discovered the coolest little coffee shop in East Tennessee! The coffee is awesome! And, of course, the best southern hospitality there is! We will remember this spot and will definitely be back for more coffee.“

“The drive thru worker, Ashley, was so kind and she had such a bright smile on her face the whole time so early in the morning. She had such a warm energy about her. I've been to many Dunkin locations and Madisonville is by far my favorite now! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ashley for being so kind“

“I recieved Fast service, the food I ordered was hot & fresh. Tasted great and folded neatly in the wrapper and the drive thu window worker was friendly.. thanks Mc D'Souza! ((:
Parking: They offer a Large parking lot/ area around both sides of the restaurant to park and free of charge.
Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals for small children and a mighty kids Meal for "older children"
Wheelchair accessibility: The main door and every other entrance into the store, incuding EXITS... within the entire location is Wheelchair accessible. ((:“

“I'm always having issues with items missing or made incorrectly, but tonight's order was it for me after finding hair in 2 different fries. Ruined the meal completely for my family. Will definitely not be ordering from this location again.“
