The new permanent location is comfortable, the staff are very welcoming . 1st. pizza we ever had from them was the Big Dill, it hooked us .. Just a couple days ago we had the Lilota, next time I will ask for more goat cheese, very tasty .“

“Ever since Dominos across town dropped the ball multiple times and were a COMPLETE DISASTER I went on the hunt for the best pizza in Morristown. I tried every competitor, yes even the smaller local ones that everyone raves about, but nothing beat Jet's. Sure, other places are fine(not hungry Howie's, it's not fine), but Jet's is top notch. I've had no complications with my orders, the wait times have been accurate, and the pizzas have been fantastic. The service has been great as well, the staff are always nice and pleasant. Jet's gets one thing so much better than the others: toppings. There's no skimping on the toppings here. They load it down perfectly while others leave you with a piece here or there per slice. The crust is also fantastic. I've eaten both deep dish and their normal pizza and theyve been so good. I can't recommend it enough and this location has earned my business as my primary pizza place and my top recommendation for pizza to everyone I speak to.“

“We stopped here before heading over to the used bookstore, never ate here before. The pepperoni pizza was delicious! You get a huge pizza and 3 drinks for a pretty decent price. Staff was very friendly and got the food out quick. Will definitely have to come back next time we’re in town.“

“Food and service were excellent. Was with a large group. I had the stack nachos and they were delicious and the portion size was massive. Others had pizzas, burgers and the caprese salad and everyone was very happy with everything. The local beers and ciders were a real treat, the pb&j cider was amazing.
Server was very attentive and the owner came out and checked on us as well. This wasn't our first time here and definitely won't be our last. Definitely a cool local place to try out.“

“I had a delivery which was cold and dried out. I called them to let them know I was not happy. The manager was so apologetic. She had my order remade for me. It was delivered pretty quickly. The driver both times was very nice.
Thank you to Pizza Plus for not being irritated that I called. Let’s face it 8 times out of 10 when you call to a restaurant to let them know how your order was not good some treat you like how dare you call. She was apologetic and very professional from the moment she answered the phone. For the life of me I can’t remember her name or the driver’s name. It was week evening. The deserved to be recognized.“

“They are understaffed at the moment, but they have definitely earned my respect. We will be coming back often. Halfway through our wait, there was a very unpleasant customer that started yelling at the poor front counter ladies. My partner and I were both ready to intervene, but the manager quickly came out and defended their workers. I am glad that the manager defended the front counter ladies as they were extremely polite and they’re honestly not paid enough to deal with that… After the other “customer” left, they continued to check up on us regularly. Roma 3 has definitely made a good first impression and will continue to have my patronage from now on. Definitely helps that the food is amazing too.“

“Best chain pizza. I'm out of town for a couple of weeks, and I wanted to try a different pizza shop. Let me just say I am blown away by Hungry Howie's! The price is comparable to Domino's. I was skeptical about the wing price, but when I got them they were the biggest, juiciest wings I have ever gotten at a pizza shop. Love the crust on the pizza I got, and the cheese tastes like actual cheese. The bread sticks are awesome too! I live in Sevierville, so I know for sure when I'm over this way it's Hungry Howie's for us! And the people talking about price - good pizza costs some dough, this ain't Little Caesars!“

“Pro tip: Order your pizza with extra sauce and use the rewards ap to save money. Saw reviews complaining about hardly no sauce, but most pizzerias skimp on the sauce, too. We do this every time. Just saying, this papa johns has never disappointed❤️ Way better than Dominos, Gondolier, and Little Caesars.“

“I made a late night call, desperate for a large order for a charter bus group after a long day. There was nothing else open at almost midnight in Morristown we were tired and hungry after a long day of travel! Fortunately for us Misty answered my call, gladly took our order, rushed to get pizzas in the oven and even delivered them herself to our hotel down the street on her way home.

“Update May 2026. Pizza Hut was running a special, one large, 2 topping pizza for $10 so I did go back and gave it another try. It was the pan pizza I remembered from many years ago at Pizza Hut. After the 2 terrible experiences I previously had, I'm glad I went back and gave it another try. It was very good pizza and if I knew it would stay that way, I wouldn't hesitate going back. I will try it again and I hope it's as good as it was on this last trip. I didn't see the same people there from the other 2 times so maybe they actually looked at their reviews and made a change. Please keep up the good work.

We use to go to Pizza Hut all the time when it was on West AJ Hwy and it was great. Been to this location twice, worst pizza I've ever had. Went back last week just to see if it's changed, nope, still horrible pizza. No sauce, barley any cheese, I will never go back.“
