“There’s a specific woman who works at this Hardee’s, I wish I knew her name, but she just has over the top customer service. She usually works mid day and has glasses & blonde hair. She is always so sweet & makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. There’s also a gentlemen (who I believe might be the GM) who is there in the mornings, who also shows great leadership. Always stop here on my way to work and grab lunch here a lot.“

“I have only been to this location a handful of times but it seems to be hit or miss depending on who is on shift. Sometimes the parties are so overcooked they seem microwaved and in one instance I got a burger so salty that I genuinely believe the lid to the salt shaker had fallen off while seasoning the patty and they sent it out regardless. However, it is still a Pal's so it's a solid burger joint.“

“We got the fish sandwich. it was absolutely the worst fish sandwich I have ever seen!!!! It is rare for me to not eat something, but this was so bad I could not eat it!!!! It did not look anything like the picture on the menu. It made McDonald's fish sandwich look good.“

“They actually stole from me. I placed an order on the app. They didn't have the item and would not refund the money. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called the number; they put me on hold several times. Between the travel and phone call, it took nearly an hour, and I was still not refunded. The agent on the phone ultimately said she escalated my request but did not refund my money. I called the Sonic on Market. They said they can't do anything with an app order. I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she was the assistant general manager and no one else could help me because they don't deal with the app. I asked to speak to the managing owner. She said there was no one like that and if they couldn't help me over the phone, she didn't know what to tell me. DON'T GO HERE! DEFINITELY DON'T ORDER IN THE APP. They will steal your money if they don't have what you ordered.“

“Came inside on Thursday around 6pm . The front counter guy was really friendly and helped me find I wanted to order. The Food was Great! The new Chicken Sandwich is the best one yet“
