If you need to stay long and work, or talking long with a friend... no one minds, it actually feels encouraged. In other words, this is my favorite coffee shop of all time.“

“What a great coffeehouse to spend a fall day at (although it was so hot it didn't feel like fall!) They had a great selection of drinks and their specialty drinks were Gillmore girls inspired! I got the s'mores latte and it was incredible. The atmosphere inside is super unique as it is literally a house turned into a coffee shop! If you are visiting Franklin this is a must stop for sure.

“The food here is so delicious! We had the waffles and berries, London fog tea, biscuit, bacon, and some coffee. The bonuts were simply amazing! I would recommend carry out. It is crowded and drafty. The lady taking our order was super friendly
and helpful. The kid bussing the table was the opposite. Most of this place is self-serve. You place your order, they bring your order, then no follow up at all. I would go to another location, but not back to this one unless it is carry-out.“

“This space is beautiful and the coffee tastes great.
Still not my go-to shop due to the price: drinks and the beans are very very expensive when compared to equally good shops around Nashville. Just a traditional cap will run you $5 and a some bags of beans $20+ (plus tip). Staff also prefers disposable cups, which seems wasteful to me.“

“Big food menu, and we got the skillet w gravy on the side for the biscuit. That biscuit was huge too. Table outside ran our server hard then contested the check. We felt bad for the guy. He was sweet. We tipped to make up the difference for those people, who we later saw walk out of the liquor store w a baby next door w two bottle of liquor. But they can’t afford to tip the server? Glad we did the right thing now.“

“We found this place while walking the cemetery next door and after not wanting to wait in line at the farmers market for donuts. With donuts on the mind and a cup of coffee in hand, we decided to check it out. The ladies working were really nice and it’s something about the tiny forks they give you with the box of donuts that made the meal. They were more like funnel cakes than donuts but hit the spot none the less. The “generous dozen” was more than enough to share with two people.“

Vegetarian options: while they have regular milk, they have a ton of substitutions such as almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk. they also have non coffee drinks which are delicious“

“The best espresso at this location and have been to a lot of them. Not sure why but it cuts through all the Milk and sugar they put in some of the drinks, has been weak at some of the other locations and sometimes I do not even taste espresso in their lattes. Highly recommend!“

“We had the best drive-through experience to date yesterday. It's tough for everyone right now, but the staff was friendly and the manager was hilarious as she rang up our order. She chatted with us at the window... was full of energy and even broke out funny accents during our interaction. I've seen her before as I often go in to work/escape the crazy at our house and she is always awesome, but this was a whole new level and it made our day. Keep it up Spring Hill Starbucks!!“

“The staff are really friendly! One time I ran a few minutes behind grabbing by coffee that I ordered through the app, and they remade it even though I was fine with it being a little watered down! The drinks are pretty consistent and the foods good too. They’re one of the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to honestly.“

This was still a very convenient location, so I went in.Ordered a almond milk chai, and a regular dirty chai. Went to pickup to wait for the drink and unlocked my phone to check messages, but before I was able to look at the phone they had my order ready and on the pickup counter.The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous about my brain not having had it's coffee yet.The only detriment I can think of is that it's inside a grocery store, but that is not really in their control and not that big of a detriment.“
