“Chris was great. He took our order very professional. The whole time he was making sure we felt comfortable and satisfied. After we had our meal and were seated, Chris came by to make sure we had everything we needed. He also tidied up the dining room while he didn’t have other guests. “My husband and I came in here twice today for our lunch AND supper because it was that good. We have eaten Jersey Mike's plenty of times before, but Harlan absolutely killed it making our subs just how we wanted with a great personable and happy presence that is very hard to come by nowadays! “The staff is very nice. The food is usually good for the most part. However the last couple of times I got hashbrowns they were super hard and hollow on the inside. Not even edible. It was a drive through order so I didn’t know until we got home. I tried calling up there to tell them and can never get anyone on the phone. Now I’m stuck with breakfast this morning that my daughter can’t even eat. Waste of money and time.“
