“Self serve DD at a Pilot truck stop. Wanted an iced coffee which I made for myself....under the watchful eye of a local LEO. There were 2 in the truck stop...just wondering if my presence prompted someone to call them...(since I was in the store for a while...browsing...and just happened to be riding my Harley..). It was a good coffee...I compliment myself...the donuts were good too.“

“To whom it concerns. I live here in Newport Tennessee. I just want to comment on the stores around me. Some of them i know are very busy and I understand that. But i truly believe in customer service. I drive to store number 96. They have the best customer service from the employees from the kitchen to behind the counter. It’s the cleanest store i have been to and the best customer service. From the manager to the employees. It’s a pleasure and i look forward to going to store 96 twice a week to buy my coffee and lottery tickets. And seeing all the happy employees. I would hope management would give these employees a pat on the back for great customer service and making me smile every time I go into the store. 🇺🇸🇺🇸“

“I always order an iced coffee or frappuccino from Starbucks.
Today I wanted a hot brewed coffee. Never having a hot coffee from Starbucks, I didn't know what would taste good. I asked the cashier(assistant manager) what would taste best for hot brewed coffee since I never had it. She suggested adding a flavor syrup with cream and sugar. I chose caramel with the cream and sugar. Let me tell you! It was so good! Great suggestion!!“

“My home away from home. Great staff, great coffee, great environment. The store is always clean, everyone is really friendly, there is ample comfortable seating, and it's just an overall excellent neighborhood Starbucks. The manager there is very friendly and you can tell they run a great store.“

“My 1st time here & OMG...I have always been a Starbucks chic but I have found a new obsession. The freshest tasting coffee and the crepes...To Die for..make sure to ask for their garlic sauce when ordering the spinach/feta crepe...takes it over the top. Tried their Dubai Choc Latte...hands down a jaw dropper. Saying Goodbye to Starbucks and Hello to 60 Beans Coffee. 🫘 🥰“

“I didn't know the main street nutrition was there in Morristown, I stopped in to get a loaded tea and protein shake today and the place is beautiful, staff is amazing and and the drinks are phenomenal! If you get a chance to stop there or Jefferson Nutrition in Jefferson City. I highly recommend both stores.. buy local!“
