“Yesterday at lunchtime, I ordered three subs to go. There was such a large amount of mayonnaise and/or dressing on them that they were soggy. They were almost impossible to eat as they fell apart when you picked them up. A major disappointment!“

“The young man that was trying to close up took my order around 4 pm today. Made us some good sandwiches. With the computer system having issues. Thank you for working hard despite the circumstances. This store closes early due to staff shortages. One reason I had to take off a star.“

“This store should literally be ashamed of how bad it treats its employees. Only having one employee on staff ever should be considered abuse of power and slave labor. Customers were mostly rude towards Michelle, over the companies lack of proper staffing. She had no one to help her, and if there was a manager on site, they should be fired immediately for letting customers not only treat her that way, but not helping her WHATSOEVER. I only met michelle tonight, but after watching her handle all that stress i can tell she's a nothing less than a literal angel, and your company does not deserve her !!!!!! Again shame on subway in morristown tennessee for abusing staff !“

“This is the second time I've been to the location this is the first Subway restaurant that I've been to ever at the vegetables are ice cold when you get them in the sandwich and still cold by the time you get them home. The same with the meats and the cheese all coldProbably the only other cold submarine sandwich that I can compare this would be the ones you get at the deli at Publix using boar's Head.“

“Service is great. The food is good . The place is clean. Music is way too loud and terrible speakers and acoustics using a bedside clock radio sitting in the cornet near the soda machine. Cannot hear what anyone is saying without talking loud above it. Needs to be turned way down or off. Employees stated they were not allowed to turn down or off.“

“I honestly have not eaten at a Subway in probably 5 years but this location. The young man that took care of me today genuinely gave a shit about the sandwich that he was putting out and he wanted you to be 100% satisfied and I would 100% return to this location and have Subway again. Employees like this make or break companies and this guy is an absolute asset“
