Grandmas Bakery really listened to what we wanted from a design perspective and created a lovely cake. We opted for a chocolate cake and it was delicious. “There's some 'bitter betty's' making some sour reviews....but what I can say is that her deserts hands down are the best. I've never had a problem ordering or getting ahold of someone. “Don’t skip on this when in Dallas - Owner has the best energy and customer service in Dallas hands down. The shop is super clean, the pastry sizes are worth the price, and the taste is unbelievably delicious. Everything we got was an 11/10, I don’t think I could ever replicate these at home even with instructions. They were incredible, and anytime I come back to Dallas I’ll be visiting for sure.“

“I had a really nice experience here! I came yesterday early in the morning the bakery was clean, the pastries were fresh and the cake was delicious, and the coffee was great. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to the cashier, Hazel. She was incredibly helpful when I was confused about how to scan my points in the app. She patiently walked me through the process without making me feel rushed, and her kindness really stood out. Great customer service like hers made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

From the moment we met, she listened to exactly what we wanted and she captured the taste, style, look, and elegance our wedding cake called for. Additionally, Elena made the most scrumptious Bailey’s chocolate birthday cake for my dad — at my wedding we celebrated my dad’s 75th birthday and the cake totally took him by surprise (in the BEST way)!
