“This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been too. To say a place like this is rare is a severe understatement. You can tell every recipe is carefully prepared, even the sides like the rice and beans. It's beautiful to see someone living their dream passionately and you can tell that's what is going on here at Miriam's.We were only in Dallas for a few days for the Eclipse, but we came back to eat another night before leaving. We couldn't bring ourselves to try another restaurant because, how often would we have the opportunity to eat this good?On top of all that, the prices are reasonable, the staff is great, and free valet... I'm completely baffled how this place is sitting at only 4.6 stars, it deserves better.Highly recommend the; guacamole, mahi mahi tacos, short rib tacos, nueva moda margarita, and the passion fruit mezcalita (if you like mezcal).Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian and vegan offerings, but not a massive amount to choose from.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options, but not guaranteed free of cross-contamination.Parking: When your heading toward the restaurant the parking garage is just before it on the right, you can get validated in the restaurant for the free valet.“

“I just want to start off by saying… Jenn treating us at the bar and changed our night. We had a bad experience prior to coming to Mexican Sugar at another restaurant. . Jen set us up for success. Her and jagger were the highlights of our night. There kindness and generosity was above and beyond. 10/10 come see Jen and jagger at the very least !“

“Small and not too speedy, but the results were delicious.Chimichurri salsa is stinky and garlicy and wonderful. Al pastor empanadas had just enough caramelized pineapple to give complexity but not over sweetness. Like a well done ravioli.“

The parking attendance are nice and courtesy.Entering into the place this they had a wonderful smile.Went to the bar first the bartenders are just outstanding.Move to the dining area the waiters and waitress are a five star .I suggest going casual, business-wise, being a regular person no matter the color gender.From what I saw they are outstanding with the disabled.This is the location off of Bishop our own Bishopgreat job“

“Latin Deli was recommended to me by a friend as the best sandwich shop in Dallas l, and based on my three times there, I have to agree. The food has been fantastic, but the Cuban is my favorite. The fries served alongside the sandwiches are perfectly seasoned as well. I have both picked up snd eaten in, and they have a nice patio to sit out and enjoy your food.“

“Came to dinner with my lovely girlfriend had Joshua as our server, Who is absolutely amazing, very attentive, and also suggested a few items on the menu because I started a new diet. “Went for an early lunch, lunch menu says $8.99 for the plate that I ordered, but when I got the check it was a dollar more, and they charged me $4 for a side of cheese !?!? So after tax, like $15 bucks for a small “lunch special”! Got the Birria buy the way (goat meat), way to salty, couldn’t finish it, even after drowning it in sauce, onions and cilantro, still way to salty, couldn’t finish it!“

The store had a great selection, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed, and I left feeling satisfied with my purchase.After shopping, I headed to La Pasadita for some authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the smell of sizzling fajitas greeted me as I walked in. I ordered their famous carne asada tacos, and they were phenomenal - flavorful, tender, and served with all the traditional fixings. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.Overall, it was a fantastic day - great shopping at Payless followed by a delicious meal at La Pasadita. “We went on a Saturday evening on a weekend that appeared to be hosting a soccer game or tournament. It was extremely packed. It was chaos. The food was great and while the wait staff was nice they were very short on help. Two servers for about 13 tables and there seemed to be no method to taking the plates to the right tables. We were in no hurry so we sat patiently and enjoyed our food once it came. Kudos to the younger waitress with glasses and dark hair.....she really ran herself into the ground and never appeared frazzled. “Just ate here for the first time a few days ago! Loved everything! I don’t speak any Spanish but when I saw the menu was only in Spanish that was a hint for me that the food would be good! The staff was bilingual however and luckily so was my supervisor that took me. That staff is VERY hospitable, friendly, welcoming and the food is amazing! I had a fajita plate that I’m craving as I type this! I’ll definitely be making multiple visits to their establishment!“

“Caters to all & all pocket books! This is my favorite place to get coffee and my vegan empanadas! Incredible service. The staff is absolutely wonderful and attentive! I get an iced caramel white mocha with oatmilk & cinnamon added! This tastes to much flavorful than the well known Seattle based coffee. The coffee here is smooth and roasted to perfection. Give this place a try I'm literally waiting for 9am to get here so I can get my coffee and breakfast!!!“

I watched them cut and squeeze several oranges, and it tasted better than any orange juice I've ever had.“

“Ok. New place to us. Tienda y Restaurante Latino. Josie had tortilla soup and I had Arroz Mixto, kind of a latin take on fried rice with chicken, beef, shrimp and a fish fillet. I thought I tasted soy sauce but the owner said there wasn't. But it had have an oriental taste. The veggies are carrots, corn and onion with the addition of bell peppers and zucchini.The tortilla soup had more of a red broth like pazole or menudo than the usual chicken broth. It also had more actual chicken than Josie was expecting. Portions were such that we will both have another meal from it, though I COULD have eaten all of mine if I stuffed myself. Overall, much better than I thought when we first looked over the menu. Will definitely put this on our list of places to return to.“

“Today my husband took us to eat at this place and we loved everything from the exquisite guacamole, my children ordered pupusas, a gringa, my husband some crispy flautas and some delicious tripe and trompo tacos, the trompo burger caught my attention and let me say it was delicious ???? “Do not sleep on this small tortilleria. I've tried the menudo and it is tender. I went back the day after to try their flautas and it was amazing. I will return eventually to try the rest of the menu. And if the rest of the menu is as good as those flautas and menudo. They have a customer for life. Sad about the parking lot. Very small **“

“Ocho Latin Cuisine is a great place to brunch on the weekend. When we arrived we were greeted promptly by the staff. The Pozole is good, with tender pork and hominy. The Huevos rancheros has Two eggs on top of two tostadas with a flavorful spicy red sauce. The Cafe de Olla gives one a break from regular coffee. The Chilaquiles Verdes are good, with a salsa verde and you have a choice of egg style. The service was wonderful and attentive and a great place to enjoy breakfast. Recommend for brunch while in Oak Cliff.“
