“As expected, the food was delicious. I haven't visited a Panera Bread in years and could still remember how good their broccoli cheddar soup is, so that was my obvious first choice and it didn't disappoint! Same delicious flavor served at the perfect temperature! I also tried the cheddar ranch and it was delicious as well! The roll had the perfect texture and consistency and the sandwich was exactly what I was hoping for in every way! A manager was ensuring food didn't wait more than a minute before searching out the person waiting for it, ensuring that everything came out as fresh and hot as possible! Great food, great service! Well done!“
“I have a sip club subscription and use it regularly. The salads are my favorite food source there. You can even customize most salads with up to five additional items, many at no extra charge. The various managers in all locations I have been to are super nice. They could improve on keeping coffee hot and supplied, food preparers a little more customer oriented, and please bring in some gluten-free bagels, bread, and bakery selections!“
“I love this Panera. The staff is very personable and kind. I never have any issues with my order when I come to pick it up. I dont think I have had this wonderful level of experience at a Panera before.
P.S. Please bring back the chicken tortellini Alfredo!“
“Employees are friendly despite the fact that this location is CONSTANTLY busy! I like to order ahead through the app and my orders have never been incorrect. It can be hard to hear the employees/for them to hear you because of how echoey the lobby is, but that’s nobody’s fault.“

“I was met at the counter by the most lovely person and his name was Jerry! He recommended the sugar cookie with pumpkin icing because I was looking for the plain shortbread, which they didn't have it. He was informative and encouraged me to get it because I wasnt going to. I also got the chocolate caramel and pretzel cookie and I loved them both! He is incredible and he deserves a raise! It's been a while since I went to Panrra and I'm going back today thanks to him!“
