“I kept have my delivery order stolen and i spoke with Nick. He got another dasher to pick up the order after it already made twice. I was so upset that i likely wouldn't get anything out of it besides a store credit but Nick called me back and got it resolved. When i got my food, i called him right away and let him know that it meant alot to me! Now that's remarkable service. I see Nick got praises from other customers also on previous reviews. Give him another raise already!“
“Not sure if the young lady was new at the counter or not? But I walked in at 1:09 for just a drink because I love their Sip Club there 3 ahead of me placing orders. I finally got to place my order and waited at window finally leaving about 1:30. They didn’t carry the strawberry mint drink not sure why? So I ordered the blueberry lavender for a friend to introduce her to their new line of drinks. Friendly team“
“I have a sip club subscription and use it regularly. The salads are my favorite food source there. You can even customize most salads with up to five additional items, many at no extra charge. The various managers in all locations I have been to are super nice. They could improve on keeping coffee hot and supplied, food preparers a little more customer oriented, and please bring in some gluten-free bagels, bread, and bakery selections!“
“Employees are friendly despite the fact that this location is CONSTANTLY busy! I like to order ahead through the app and my orders have never been incorrect. It can be hard to hear the employees/for them to hear you because of how echoey the lobby is, but that’s nobody’s fault.“
