“10 out of 10 stars for the bartender, Josh. Great personality, quick to put your order in and get your food to you. Even better, the wings were temperature HOT and covered in sauce! The way wings should be! Josh, mayor shout out! One of, if not, the best Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve ever had.“
“Was a bit nervous due to the reviews but tried it anyway. The servers were nice! Vibe of them as people seemed great! Miqueen helped us and was awesome. The food is better than the one from our town. Didn’t take too too long. Was decently timed.
Now the place itself seems a bit dirty. Our booth was nasty. The table was a bit icky too but our server was super attentive! She saw it and immediately fixed it! Loved her! Would be 5 stars but the place itself just was kind of icky.

“Kaitlyn was our server today there was a party of 19 of us… I think it was her first day on the floor so there were minor mistakes. Our food came out boneless we ordered traditional, when we told her she did not make any exceptions she told us she would fix it and that’s exactly what she did. The ticket was wrong because it was supposed to be a pick 6 she rung it in as regular, but at the end it only took her 5 minutes to fix it and have us ready to go. This girls attitude, service, and spirit is great & she’s determined. Definitely will be asking for her services again.“
“I stopped tonight after my long day at work. The location was VERY clean and the service was great. They seemed a little busy, but the guy working stopped and helped me in a timely manor. My only complaint is my wings. I don't know if they were over cooked or what. They were very dry and tough. I ended up trashing them.“

“Has been good with how fast the food is prepared to go when ordered through the app and fairly better when dining in from the last time I was there before when this location took 40 mins to bring me and my girlfriends food and the place didn't have many customers at the time.“
“I was disappointed by how a very small request was handled.
I ordered 20 lemon pepper wings, but there was no place in the app to note that I wanted Parmesan garlic on the side. That is why I called the store right after placing the order. I understood the wings had already been prepared, so I was not asking for them to remake anything. I simply asked for a side of Parmesan garlic, and I was told it would cost extra.
What made that frustrating is that the lemon pepper was just a light dry seasoning, and Buffalo Wild Wings usually allows customers to enjoy multiple flavors. This felt like a very minor request that should have been handled with a little more flexibility.
I have spent a lot of money with Buffalo Wild Wings over time, and this interaction left me feeling like customer loyalty did not matter. Management may want to talk with staff about how to handle small requests without unnecessary back-and-forth. The little things matter.“
“Amber hands down is the best supervisor we had an issue with the staff the night before and she really showed that she cares about the customers concerns and that she values the customers. Our food was made fresh and we love the variety of flavors. We wil definitely be visiting again soon. More locations need to run their stores like her.“
