“We just had a taste for KFC chicken. So, we stopped in at the KFC near Dairy Ashford & Westheimer Road. We noticed the Manager Monica East, and how she was speaking with a kind voice to each customer and employees. Her and my wife really had great conversations. The store was clean and smell like someone was cooking some good fried chicken. The outside area was clean as well.We just wanted to give Monica her recognition for making our lunch date special with great service. Continue to do great work with kindness and great communication.“
“Got food here from the drive thru. It was empty so service was quick, workers weren’t rude or anything. Food was piping hot. Only complaint is that I found a weird hairlike thing on one of the fries at the bottom of the fry carton . Idk I wouldn’t say it’s someone’s hair bc it was like thin and blonde/white. Oh also bite into a little piece of bone in the chicken sandwich but that’s ok that’s how we know it’s real“
“I went through the drive-thru and ordered an item that was advertised very largely on the window. The drive-through person was unaware and initially was not going to sell me that item for the advertised price. I had to pull up to the window to point out the sign. “Came here when we were craving KFC. Got a tenders big box meal came with a biscuit and two sides (cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy) and 6-piece wings with biffalo sauce. Tenders and sides were pretty good. Wings were fine as KFC style wings but were not the ideal buffalo wings. Maybe would have been better to order original recipe for real KFC flavor. Service was fast and friendly. Deco was really nice and it was a pleasant surprise to see Mister Sanders too. Would come by again.“
“This location is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. I ordered a #3 three pc chicken meal. The nicest gentleman behind the counter said I should get the #6 three pc that comes with 2 sides vs the #3 that has one side. It is the same price! The meal was fresh and hot and tasted fantastic. “Ordered the 16 piece tenders meal with 4 sides. Most of the time when you get so much food, they have a very hard time, not messing it up. Usually, they will always forget to put something that you ordered in the bag. And when you get home And finally realize that, as upset as you are about it, you don't want to drive all the way back. Here, they had everything in the bag. I don't think that when you buy tenders, you should have to buy extra gravy on the side.“

“I haven't had KFC in a while and decided to give this location a try. The employees were very nice and got my order ready quickly. The food was good but I was disappointed in the mashed potatoes. I remember them being more flavorful and was so excited about getting mashed potatoes only to be disappointed. The best comparison I can make is that they tasted like baby food mashed potatoes.“

“Got a mac and cheese bowl with fries and popcorn chicken. Chicken was great, well seasoned, and fresh. Fries, not so much, but that’s okay because the customer service was great and the lady working the drive thru saved me a few bucks by ringing up the fries and chicken as a kids meal. “Well this past Thursday Nov. 18 2021, I left a bad review. Because of a miss understanding. Had I been given a receipt, I wouldn't have gave a one star review. My issue was I thought I got a 16-piece bucket meal. When indeed I did ask for a 12, at least am man enough to admit my mistake. Sadly next time please give a receipt lol, so it won't happen again. “Last night I came in after being turned around at little ceasars at 9:30.. even though they closed at 10pm. Pulled up at KFC.. saw the famous bowl was on sale on Monday for $5 and got in line. The store closed at 10. I’m in line at 9:45.I just wanna say whoever made my order shoutout to you. My bowl was FRESH. I had a generous amount of chicken on top. Perfect melty cheese ratio. Gravy was extra flavorful. I got a biscuit on the side and my biscuit was SOFT. Thank you so much for making my food fresh and exceeding my expectations. I’ve always loved the bowl and KFC but sometimes my experiences in fast food aren’t the greatest. Whoever made my food last night needs a raise!!!! They appreciate their job!!! “Amazing food and service. Seasoning was perfect. Breading on chicken was the best I have seen and tasted in decades. The cole slaw was fresh and delicious. Biscuit was fresh and delicious. Mashed potatoes and gravy was also delicious. Their crispy chicken sandwich is good and tender as well as perfectly breaded too. The manager and workers were all very kind and polite. “As with so many places, I think the food depends on the timing. Go during the lunch or dinner rush and it's pretty darn good 99% of the time. Go when it's slow and you might get older, dryer chicken. Sometimes you just can't beat KFC original recipe, and this location is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, but check your chicken and sides before you leave. We've had the wrong sides, or ask for wings to be excluded and they add them in anyway. But they've always fixed it, no problem if we catch it.Parking: It's a busy spot to get into. You have to turn into a gas station then turn into the KFC and the drive is a busy one shared by a grocery store.“

“There’s a new store manager. She’s a white lady with a sleeve of colorful tattoos! She is doing a phenomenal job, very energetic, sweet to the customers. Makes everyone feel welcomed, it’s exactly what the store needed to bring it back to life. She also keeps the homeless people away from her store and out the store! She’s doing a great job. I come here all the time because she makes me feel welcomed, like I’m at home! Chicken is always fresh, food is great.“
