“I am speechless. The food was INCREDIBLE. I was floored at how delicious and tasty everything was.The Caesar salad was delicious-the dressing had a spice to it but balanced well with the slight sweetness from the croutons.I would eat this salad everyday.The chicken Vincent was also delicious. The flavors from the Balsamic and the sun-dried tomatoes--wow.The seafood lasagna is a MUST. That sauce is what dreams are made of. “Ms. Alanna is the face of the Daves hot chicken off of Wallisville Rd in H-town and let me tell you guys something, she did very great at customer service, she knew automatically me and my partner had not been before. The way this woman explained the menu was pretty great! From the other places I have eaten at, I know they wouldn’t have took their time to thoroughly review the menu w/ their customers… the food was great as well, matched the great customer service!“

“Only bad thing I have to say is it shouldn't take 21 minutes to get 2 chicken strips, the wait was way too long. Over all the chicken is excellent, the flavor....Awesome! .....if you like spicy .....make sure you get any spice level above "mild" ....mild is tasty but it has just a hint of spice is not enough. “We love this place! We had the whole chicken +3 sides and 6 sauces which was a definite bargain. It definitely could feed 4 to 6, depending on your appetites. Excellent, well-seasoned, juicy, Peruvian style chicken - it comes with a bunch of excellent sauce options on the side. We tried the yellow, green, red, and olive. And I think the pink was accidentally tossed in with our order too. Green was the medium and was our favorite- not very spicy at all- tasted super fresh. Red had more heat and was super yummy. Pink was semi-sweet- honey maybe?. Olive sauce was creamy with a very strong Kalamata olive flavor. Yellow- not sure what makes it yellow- almost tasted like a ranch style dressing- mild and tasty. favorites were definitely green and red. For sides, we tried the fried rice and black beans as well as the Greek salad. Fried rice was good, lots of chunks of chicken in it. Black beans were creamy and tasty. We really loved the Greek salad, while not a traditional Greek salad at all, it hit all the right notes- and the feta and abundance of kalamatas were outstanding. We really wanted to try the coleslaw but they were out today. We also tried the little fried cheese appetizer thing too, it comes with cilantro aïoli and the pastry around the cheese was super yummy. We ordered online via their website. When we arrived, the delicious chicken smell hits you immediately- from the parking lot! While we took our food to-go, the dining room is clean and spacious, and full of what appeared to be happy customers enjoying their food. Service was friendly and efficient. I can see this place becoming a regular stop for us.“

“Tumble 22 has landed in Houston and I couldn't be happier! During the pandemic, I paid a lot of visits to Austin, TX and fell in love with Tumble 22 soon after my first bite! When I found out the first location in Houston would be just 15 minutes from me, I was ecstatic!!! This location in Vintage Park has friendly staff, squeaky clean facilities, and impeccable and consistent food quality. They recently did updates to their app, so reward credit is now earned based on the card you use. Whether you order dine in or takeout, you'll still earn credit! This is a game changer for regulars like myself! I also look forward to the new exclusive sandwiches every month. The Texas OG has been my absolute favorite so far and needs to become a part of their regular menu!! The customization options, monthly exclusives, and consistent new menu items is enough to keep me coming back, but the friendly staff, manager that treats his customers like family, and exceptional food quality makes it really hard to choose to eat anywhere else. If you're debating on eating here, just do it! You won't regret it. Just note that the spice levels run a bit hotter than you'd think they do. Whatever you think you can tolerate, I'd recommend jumping down a level, for your first time at least. I also HIGHLY recommend getting the mac & cheese. It is, by far, the best I've ever had!! “Chicken here is BOMB!! My sons father is from el salvador and put me onto this place!! Ever since then,kfc and other chicken places cant even come close!! Always juicy and FULL of flavor!! I decided to get a chicken sandwich also. I will say the chicken is the same juicy stuff,i HATED the sweet pickles,would be better with the traditional ones. I needed to add mayo because thats just me lol.“

“Had the tupelo honey chicken which was really good no complaints tbh. It can get a little sloppy so be prepared. My friend got the southern Buffalo which was good but not a fan of blue cheese so to me it could have done without the blue cheese but it was still really good. The chicken was not overly fried either. The coleslaw that came on the sandwiches was perfect not overly watery like some places make it. The fries were good nothing to rave about and just got the job done. The sweet tea is subpar. The service the gentleman provided was impeccable. Its a solid place for a quick bite. “We were at the Japanese Gardens in Herman Park area of Houston enjoying the weather and scenery. I decided to look for food and remembered that Gus's opened in Houston awhile ago and haven't tried it since they came to Texas. We love the Memphis Gus's so we loaded up the car and went to the Kirby location. This location is a stand alone Resturant in a large shopping center with a lot of parking, which was fantastic. Large Resturant with plenty of seating. Our server was Stephanie and she was amazing from the time we came in the door. She noticed we were a family of five and noted there was a big table and pointed it out. You come in a sit where you like then the server comes over. She ordered our drinks and appetizer. We ordered the fried green tomatoes which were prepared wonderfully. The tea is fresh and delicious. We ordered our meals and they were hot and fresh. Great tasting. Everyone was kind and friendly. Kudos to Stephanie for being the cherry on the top of a fantastic family outing. Thank you from Willis, TX If you're in the area go try them!“

“Tonight was my first time to try Pollo Campero. I ordered the 3 piece meal with Mac & cheese. Let me just tell you that chicken was the absolute best chicken I have ever eaten in my entire life! “Almost but not quite there. Ordered the chicken tenders -- the chicken was juicy and plentiful BUT the batter was soggy / falling off in some parts. Also tried the chicken nuggets which had the opposite problem. Nice crispy batter but not enough chicken inside. The sweet potato waffle fries were delicious but could have used a bit more crisp. The dragon fries (seasoned) had a nice texture but just a little too much salt (and I like salt). One thing that I absolutely loved about this place is that they offer a kale salad as a side! I'm the type of person who likes getting a healthy/nutritious side when they pig out on fried food to feel less guilty. The kale salad was also really tasty. Ultimately, pretty good but I think the food could benefit from a few adjustments.“

“The atmosphere was great and the food was great! I went for lunch with some coworkers and no one was disappointed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The ordering was a new experience, there was not a waiter per se. All orders were done online via scanning a QR code with our phones. While I was skeptical of this at first, the service and time at which I submitted my order until my drinks were coming out were unbelievably fast. As soon as I confirmed my order there was a lady there handing me drinks. The food came out quickly as well. Overall it was a great experience! Out of the 6 people in my party, 5 of us completely cleaned our plates and the last person took very little to go. I will be going back here!“

“Was visiting Houston this week, I ended up ordering Yummy’s on Uber eats to my hotel. Aside from the chicken being DELICIOUS (yummy sauce was my favorite)! I was happy that all the food was still hot & fresh and all the side sauces were there! A few months ago I ordered from another chicken spot in Houston and was bummed to see none of the condiments I requested were in the bag leaving me to eat chicken & fries by itself. “Super cool spot with some awesome H-town wall art. The food was tasty and well worth the price. We had a little of everything and there was nothing that wasn't good. Highly recommend. Staff was nice and friendly. Only downside was we went about 9:30 and there were some homeless people camped out on the front doorstep.“

“Finally a Dominican-owned restaurant on my side of town! My wife is Dominican, and despite being an amazing cook, she likes to go out and eat Dominican food. We live on the Northeast side and until now, have had to travel minimum 45 minutes to the handful of Dominican restaurants we frequent because apparently, all the Dominicans in Houston live outside the Western boundary of Beltway 8 ?. We only came across this place today because they have a little Dominican flag in one of their windows, and my wife spotted it with her Dominican eagle eyes as we drove by. They had Bachata playing on the overhead speakers, mofongo and morir soñando on the menu, and all the food we tried at our first visit today was amazing. This is our go-to spot from now on. ??♥️“

“I got the Nashville hot chicken and it was so tasty. The chicken and french fries were super crispy as well as the cole slaw really bringing in all the flavors together. The service was quick and they will give you a text if you provide your phone number so you can continue to walk around and explore POST while the food is being made. “My wife and daughter ate with me at Peri-Peri Factory this past Thursday night. The food was delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. We fed all 3 of us for about $40 (tax included) with two "Ramadan Special" plates. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned the following night! The ladies that served us were so nice and friendly. My only complaint is the parking gets tight on Fridays. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.“

“Sure, I'll come back to Jollibee's after my first visit and I would recommend as well. Is thier unnecessary hype about this place..... yes and ....also no. Meaning what I ordered was absolutely tasty, however, I didn't experience a mind tingling, eyes rolling back in the head, and weird groaning I have seen in videos of people tasting Jollibees for the first time. Also, to be fair, I didn't order the most popular and beloved dishes of Jollibees: the fried chicken and the weird sweet spaghetti with hot dogs. I mean, come on, I'm not eating hotdog dessert spaghetti. A lot of people do like it. I just know I will not be indulging. The fried chicken is probably good but I've made and had delicious fried chicken and I already know that I will get it when I feel like it and not be super impressed. Probably like it but not a top fave......I digress. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes with gravy, french fries, adobo rice, and a medium Pepsi. First the bad..... those cold, limp, and stale french fries were just plain gross and I definitely missed the calories. Whoever said they taste like McDonald's fries clearly doesn't respect themselves. The Pepsi tasted artificial and metallic as if it was cleansed and not rinsed. Blech! Into the trash! Now, the mashed potatoes and gravy are delish. The regular mashed potatoes needed a bit more gravy. By the way, the gravy is good thanks to it being seasoned well with salt and pepper. The adobo rice, that is seasoned well with charred bites of dark meat chicken is delightful! The best thing on the menu. Sooooo good! I could eat that once a week or once every two weeks. Oh, yeah. I also ordered a peach mango pie. The pie was amazing. It is peach forward and since I am not the biggest fan of mango, it was scrumptious to me. The rice and the mango were so delicious! So yes, I'll be back and at some point I will order the chicken.“

“This was a pleasant surprise - we didn't intend on eating here but saw it as we were driving by. We were greeted by a very welcoming and warm staff. They were very attentive and sincerely interested in our dining experience. The food was delicious as depicted in their menu pictures. The grill chicken had the delicious off-the-grill taste and the Tallarin Saltado was the perfect match of the pasta and beef. The drink, I believe called Chicha Morada, was very refreshing and interesting (in a good way). I will definitely be stopping by again when I'm in the area.“
