Our particular servers in the smaller dining area, were great. Very knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. The bartenders deserve recognition as well for the fast and friendly service. I regret that i haven’t tried this restaurant before but i will definitely be back.“

“I love going to this restaurant when i’m on a budget for seafood boil. You get what you pay for a more. I love their Eazy to Peel shrimp combo along with their fries. The customer service was great as well. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star is because the potatoes from the boil could be a hit or miss. Sometimes, it has a metallic taste but most of the times it doesn’t. Overall, great restaurant when you’re on a budget for seafood boil.“

“Well to my surprise they had changed the restaurant from Pappas Seafood to Pappadeux. Don't know why the parent company decided to change. This Pappas Seafood restaurant location always had a wait every other time we had visited. Anyway Pappadeux is good but not so much when one is expecting Pappas Seafood. Need better news releases. This was the first time I had ever been in that particular location and there were hardly any customers. So they must have wanted Pappa's seafood too.“

“So this place popped up on my husband's Facebook a couple of weeks back and every time I wanted to go it was on a day they were closed. Today I was like I'm going to try them so I canceled my plans and drove the 40 minutes to the location. I am so glad I did. The service was top notch. So friendly and organized and smiles galore. The food..... OMG...... the food. words can not describe how good the Gumbo was. we also tried the pasta and shrimp with fried shrimp. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce was delicious and plentiful, and the shrimp batter was to die for. The fruit punch and lemonade were also amazing! We will definitely be back. We will also tell all our friends because it was really that good and so fresh. Great Job and we are so glad we found this place.“

The salads, main courses, sides and desserts are all great - a few of my favorites are the salads (with vinaigrette), the étouffée, the baked and the fried chicken, the chicken and sausage gumbo, the squash casserole, and the brownies!“

“My husband I go there for their crawfish special. My husband loves their 2 lbs. of crawfish for $12.99 which includes a corn and potato. I tried their poboys which was both tasty and filling. If you like crawfish, this is the place to go to. Please note this special is only in the Heights area.“

“I want to send a special shout out to Cruz, who goes above and beyond for his customers. I recall a recent visit that I made to the 7Spice located on S. Main wherein the cashier was not only rude, but lacked decorum and customer service skills such as greeting the customers upon arrival, making the customers wait while she conversed with her friend that was present, and she lacked positive conflict resolution skills when I returrned to the store after not receiving the sausage that I ordered. The young lady looked at me in disgust as I explained that I didn’t receive the sausage, and cut me off mid sentence, and stated that, “she don’t know if the manager will give me the sausage “ and stormed off to the back of the store. She then proceeded to explain the mishap in a loud and belligerent manner (which is not the tone or words that I used) as if she was trying to persuade the manager (Cruz) who is originally from S. Wayside location, but was filling in at this location to not mediate the issue. As a true manager, that Cruz is, he not only corrected my order, but also gave my daughter a sausage with her order to make up for their team’s mistake. Cruz also found my number from my online order receipt, and called later to assure that my daughter and I were satisfied with our order, and to apologize on behalf of his teammate (the rude cashier). He truly gave a wonderful display of what true customer service looks like. With great customer service from Cruz, plan to visit the Wayside location along with my other favorite locations.“
