“The girl just gave me my food in a bag and walked away, the girl didn't ask if I needed condiments or anything. I had to stand there and wait until someone looked my way so I could get their attention and I think it was a manager and get plates, more napkins, sporks, honey, and ketchup. While the girl that gave me my food was still just in her conversation she just had to return to.“

“I got the boneless wings combo with red beans and rice from the drive thru and parked in the lot to eat. I mean the food was unbelievably delicious 😋 This location is the best one I have been to and maybe the best in Houston! I highly recommend visiting this Popeyes because it’s sooo good 💯“

“went to this location , and when i entered the store, i noticed the clean lobby and the restrooms was clean as well upon using the kiosk a team member ask if i needed any help ,,,also wanted to commend the Mgmt. IRIS on her outstanding service , willing to help customers , and also Tremaine he went above and beyond helping the front counter customer,, by the looks of it this location is a great place to eat and i definitely will be returning in the future“

“Stopped by and tried the 6 PC honey lemon pepper with with the Mardi gras dipping sauce. This was my first trying anything other that the 2pc chicken combo. I was pleasantly pleased with the fresh crispness of the wings and the flavor was amazingly good.“
“Came here to get the new FNAF collab meal and the food came out good. Such a random collab to have but it was fun to try it out.
One thing I will say is that the service could be better. My boyfriend and I had been standing by one of the registers for a few minutes waiting for our order to be taken and it seemed like the rest of the staff was too busy to help us. We ended up placing the order online, but if the drive thru/online orders are going to be prioritized more then maybe put up a notice on the front counter instead of letting people stand around for nothing.
I do not blame the part time staff who are clearly required to due multiple tasks and are overwhelmed with the work, this is an issue with management.“
“Ok first and foremost most how you treat your customers is just as important as the food your serving. Had the worst day and didn't feel like cooking. Decided to cheat. As soon as I walked in my spirits will lift it because I was greeted so pleasantly. I got to the counter made my order and there was an issue with my credit card. Cashier didn't get upset and let me step to the sude to figure it out. Look through my wallet and found a couple of dollars. He me how much I had. and proceeded to help me place an order that fit the price. I thank him so much and told him how much I appreciated this. He me that's why he liked the job....to help good people. My day completely turned around. In fact my week! I sat down and waited for the food and with a clear mind was able to handle the credit card issue. Received the food nice and hot. And I had no problem with it. But it didn't matter. The entire visit was just perfect. This establishment gets hit.“
“We came to this restaurant after a concert and Sharee was PHENOMENAL. She went above and above to accommodate us after having to come inside from the drive-thru at her urging.
This employee provided us with stellar service and great food. We don't have any open Popeyes in our area anymore so it was great to have red beans and rice, chicken, those biscuits and that wonderful apple pie.“

“The food should be good but it is not. It all tastes terrible. Biscuits have weird chemical taste. Beans are terrible and chicken is excessive with grease and bad flavor. I got there first thing. I was the first person there and had to wait 15-20 minutes after i ordered I had thought get there early would avert bad cooking flavors but evidently this place has bad flavor cooked in. Sat at the drive through waiting wayy to long, and when we finally got our orders, my husband took a bite almost right away after we pulled out of there, and he said his chicken was cold. “I was worried about the 3.0 stars, but I was hungry and I stopped in at 730pm Dec 15th. 4 wings, red beans and a drink. All was super fresh and hot, and the biscuit was soft and fluffy (usually when I to another Popeyes they are hard). I give this ppace a 5 star! And as an added bonus the young Hispanic cashier stopped me before leaving and asked me if he could pray for me..I certainly said yes. He held my hand and 🙏 prayed. Great experience.“

“The food was very good!! What I didn't like is that the cashier was tearing the receipts wrong and was claiming the points/rewards for herself. I forgot to use the app, so I ordered at the counter. When I remembered to claim my purchase on the app, the rewards code that is at the bottom of the receipts wasn't on there. I asked about it then she gave me the piece that was missing, she had several receipt pieces by the register, so I guess that she is doing it to all the customers. When I tried to add my purchase, I got an error message. I guess she took my reward points for herself. I looked for a phone number to try and speak with someone, but there's no number on the receipt.“
“This location is good and the staff and managers there are awesome and the chicken is good and fresh and hot server right when u order and the atmosphere and parking lot is spacious enough for multiple cars i recommend coming to this popeyes.“

“Actually, Popeyes is not a famous brand in Europe where I come from. But when I needed an explanation, the female employee here was very enthusiastic to talk to me even though her English didn't seem too good, but I liked her enthusiasm. The portion of food brought home is affordable, the amount of food is just enough, neither too full nor lacking when eating. There is wheelchair access here, which is a good note from the store for people with disabilities. The space inside was a bit cramped and quite dark. The tables and chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned so I really didn't dare sit. Because this is a rather crowded area, there are many homeless people outside the store, making it feel a bit unsafe when passing here.“

“This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the food is good and fresh and sometimes not as fresh but still ok. Same with the customer service. Depends on who's there, you may or may not get greeted or thanked. The worst customer service I experienced here was from a manager( the supposed example setter) and my best experience was from a regular employee. I wish I knew their names so I could recognize them!“
