“Lunchtime folks never fail, best Wendy's burger, but definitely freshest burger you're gonna find at any fast food place. This location specifically for lunch. Like another comment said, they run it like the navy so shoutout the daytime manager! Most places don't take pride like this anymore.“

“The breakfast honey ? chicken ? sandwich had a non chicken texture. It was too dense. The honey was minimal but the breakfast fries ? always surpasses any other restaurant serving breakfast fries.

The customer service was great so the visit was worth it and I will go again but I will order something other than the honey chicken combo.“

“I haven’t been to this Wendy’s in forever but ended up going by after McDonald’s left us high and dry. I didn’t get the lady’s name who was working the drive thru last night, Sunday 12.7 but she was absolutely amazing! Kind service and the food was so fresh! I was listening to “Teach me how to Dougie” because I want to learn how to do the dance (I know it’s simple but this white girl ain’t got no rhythm)and my boyfriend asked her if she would teach me. Although hesitant at first, she quickly did the steps. It made our night! Moral of the story, if I want a quick bite to eat I’ll be going to Wendy’s. McDonald’s is now nothing but a memory.
PS this was a very quick interaction and we did not hold up the line. These are the kind of workers you need! They deal with so much so I hope that we at least made her night as much as she made ours. Thank you!“

“It's the third time I try this restaurant and I got to say that I love their spicy chicken sandwhich. Service is good and friendly. They took a bit long to make my food but it was worth the wait. Their chocolate frosty is delicious also.“

“Flight was delayed due to storms and we watched this Wendy's stay open past their time in order to make sure people got food when everything else in the terminal was closed. We hadn't eaten for 7 hours due to being stuck on our flight because of delays and they were the only ones staying open. Big shoutout to the team working the night shift on 8/20/25.“

“Food quality was good per usual trips. Customer service was adequate, they were quick but so quick that they were rushing me as if there was a whole like up of 20 cars behind me. It was early morning and i was the only one in line for a good 7-10 mins until another cust arrived behind me. I could barely put my stuff up before they handed me my items.“

“This Wendy's is at a gas station which is very convenient. Very quite location. It looks like they're cleaning this neighborhood. I've seen this Wendy's stay busy. The staff here is very friendly and always so helpful. They make you feel welcome. I like that. We usually order from the five for five menu. They are quick in service. The location is very clean and they keep it clean. The restroom is connecting to the gas station so you would have to walk out of Wendy's into the other building. But is ok. They keep the restroom clean. Theirs enough parking available. We always look forward to going here.“

“Wendy's is just about the ONLY fast food restaurant I will eat at nowadays. Burgers are pretty good, the nuggets are a big favorite in my family. The fries are totally worth ignoring the carb count. ;) wish they would bring back the Bourbon burger though. Drive thru line always tend to take sooo long, which I can't see why. Speaking as someone who once upon a time worked in fast food, we would take big pride in not having people waiting to order or to receive their order.“

“We went and had breakfast there twice in one week, the breakfast was great delicious or seasoned potatoes are the best I really do recommend they should have it in the lunch menu,, either the cook in the back does not pay attention or she don't have time to go to the back to get the correct bread but it did happen both of the times I had ordered a biscuit with egg and cheese And I got it the English muffin with egg and cheese,, the second time we went my husband asked for the English muffin with egg and cheese and I ordered the biscuit with egg and cheese guess what we got our biscuits egg and cheese at that that day my husband did tell them something they did swap it out but it took a very long time to get it to us,, since it's open that you can view while they're doing your food the food prep was moving super slow,, our issue was resolved they're just little minor things that probably needs to be addressed by the manager or district manager to improve service.“

“We usually go to this Wendy's after visiting the Space Center. A little small, but it doesn't get too busy here so eating inside is not too much of a hassle.

The line-up suggested fresh food and it indeed was true. The Chicken Nuggets were so hot the kids had to wait for them to cool down. I would have grabbed fries, but we got some from Chick-fil-A already.“

“The young man at the order counter, Jay… (couldn’t get his whole name) is an awesome employee. He’s a people person and very efficient. As I watched him he was taking orders, cleaning and organizing the area and stocking items to ensure things are ready. While the others around nonchalantly worked away. “Pulled into the drive through around 1130AM. The young lady working the drive-thru was AWESOME! She spoke clearly and was equal parts friendly and professional.
I honestly cannot recall a more pleasant experience in ANY drive-thru fast food chain! Wendy's is not one of my go-to spots for lunch but I will visit this location, again.“

The team here is efficient overall, but they could improve in two areas:

1. Peak hour management – a bit more attention to order flow and communication would cut down delays.

2. Consistency of service – sometimes the energy at the counter feels rushed, and small details (like making sure sauces/condiments are included) get missed.

Still, they’re dependable, and that counts. A lot of reviews just say “slow” or “bad” without explaining why. I think it’s more useful to say: this Wendy’s usually delivers on food quality, they just need to keep pushing on speed and consistency. With those tweaks, it could easily be a 5-star spot.“

“Ordered at drive thru and it was easy. I suppose it depends on what time you go to this location but at around lunch time I had no problems. Atmosphere around drive thru is horrible though. Too many homeless people lingering around I pray they get help. Other than that I would return for the thin mint frosty! Recommend 10 out of 10!“

“This is hands down the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the food came out fresh and tasting amazing. My wife and I ordered a Cobb salad and the Double Big Bacon Classic, and both were seriously delicious. Everything was made perfectly, and you can tell they actually care about quality here. “Did you know that you can purchase a key chain for $3.00 to get a free vanilla or chocolate mini Frosty for a year at Wendy's. Yep, that's right. My son told me about it. Sure enough, it's true. My son purchased the key chain at Wendy's and he has used it so far twice, especially at the drive-thru. No additional purchases were made unless you wanted to added something.“

“We had an amazing experience here. The young man that’s assisted us Melvin. He was awesome! We were greeted with a warm welcome smile. Then when ordering. My granddaughters were not sure what they want of the biggie meal. He was able to offer the items to each one of my granddaughters of what they would like, and even suggested some things. Then he went through the flavors of drinks And sauce is needed. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and suggested great items. I was blown away with his customer service. “Update: A few years ago, I said that this was a slow i,nefficient, and unfriendly ,fast food restaurant at night ; well over the last year , there's this manager I feel has turned the night shift around, plus now it's open 24 hrs.
This manager sincerely cares about the customer, respectful, and makes great effort to understand the customer and she's fast too.
Who ever the owner is , I think you should give her a raise.

“Dropped through this place for my kids. The food was typical for fast food. Everything tasted fresh. Fries were hot, crispy and salty. Buns were soft and fluffy. The sprite honestly tasted like cardboard but I drank water and tossed it. No biggie.“

“I ordered two breakfast meals through the drive thru and the fries were cold. I had to go inside and ask for a fresh batch. They did make them fresh for me which took an extra 2-3 minutes, but I felt like that’s something that the kitchen should be aware of: how long have these been sitting here? Don’t you also need to know expiration dates? How is time under the heat lamp any different? Everyone was nice and friendly and the rest of the meal was delicious.“
