“This is absolutely the best bagel I've ever had in my entire life. That firm crunch on the outside and soft and fluffy inside and that Schmear tho! (chefs kiss) 🤤 I went to the downtown location next to the 👁️ it's such a cool little spot and the staff was awesome especially Sam. “Today met a dear friend for breakfast, my first time at La Casita. I ordered an egg and vegetable hash that was delicious along with a wonderful cappuccino. It was a delight to find a cappuccino with such well proportioned and balanced flavor, a relief from the huge milky offerings so many other places serve. We shared a guava and strawberry filled pop tart, which involved a perfect delicious tender flaky pastry wrapped around a both slightly sweet and tart filling. Our server, Tess, was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us with our selections, and later we were treated by Jesus to a scrumptious seasonal glazed bun. That glazed bun was honestly too good for words, mildly sweet, hint of cinnamon, just oodles of delicious texture and subtle flavor. Obviously, I will return soon.“

“A cute neighborhood bagel shop with VEGAN cream cheese (FINALLY!)! I always love when I pull up to a storefront and the patio is set with tables and chairs and door propped open - it makes it feel welcoming and inviting to me. I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop, which I love and the wait time was super quick (unlike some other places) and the bagels...Excellent. You can tell they are homemade and fresh. They have many breakfast options if bagels are not your thing. I also got cold brew which was good. Overall, I am very pleased to have this in our neighborhood. Great service with a smile and great bagels! YUM!

Vegetarian options: Most of the bagels are vegan by default, they have vegetarian sandwiches and they have vegan cream cheese for us vegans!

Parking: Surface parking lot in front of the shop is also adjacent to Tom Thumb so there is plenty of parking.“

“Needed a last minute large order and this place exceeded expectations and got it done (at 6:30 am nonetheless). The staff were so nice and friendly and helped me carry it all out to my car. Food was on par with previous Einstein experiences - great bagels and very convenient!“

I usually don’t leave reviews but his personality is so bright. “I asked them to cook my meat longer, and the staff asked why. I explained. They were so kind. My bagel sandwich was amazing; I had the maple sausage, egg, and bacon cheese bagel sandwich. The coffee was great. I only treat myself every so often because I love bagels so much. They have the freshest and the best I've ever had!“

“Five stars all the way go to the shift leads of this restaurant. Bald guy with tattoos and shorter one with reddish hair know how to run a shift. I’ve come there recently and these two are exceptionally really well and know how to communicate with their team to make sure their restaurant stays afloat. Their GM on the other hand left a bitter taste in my mouth how she talks to some people especially the older generation. On the other hand these other two are great employees and can run a restaurant into a five star establishment.

Vegetarian options: Egg white sandwiches or any kind of sandwich can be made vegetarian. They even have almond milk if you want that for your coffee.

Dietary restrictions: If you are lactose intolerant they will substitute your latte with almond milk instead of dairy milk or if you don’t care for bacon on a sandwich they can substitute it with turkey sausage.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking on the side of the restaurant as well as ample parking in front of the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can enjoy breakfast with their families.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a flat surface you can roll your wheelchair up on outside of the restaurant as well as a side door to use in case of mobility needs.“
