“This place is fantastic! I've been a number of times & the service is always friendly & efficient. Food tried has included the Veggie Omelet, California Benedict (could use a bit more crumbled bacon), Bagel & Lox, Cinnamon Roll French Toast, & Turkey Avocado Wrap. All delicious! Pancakes & waffles come with drizzled cream cheese icing. Wasn't sure about this, but was So good! Servings are very generous. Definitely going back again!“

“I try to eat at The toasted yolk every chance I get when traveling. The service at this location was excellent. I sat at the bar and the bartender was fast, efficient and friendly. She had two very difficult young ladies to wait on and she handled it perfectly with a smile“

“The service around typical breakfast and lunch times here has been good. The food is up to IHOP standards. I recommend the crispy breakfast potatoes, house faves combos, the flavored lemonades, and the flavored syrups. IHOP is a good place to satisfy one's sugar cravings.“

I ate this place when I worked in Orlando years and ago and randomly walked into this location surprised they're in Dallas. Food was awesome and brought back good memories of my time in Orlando. I ordered the Retro, and my wife went for the Keto with apple cinnamon waffles. The atmosphere is very open, and while the A/C was a bit chilly, it makes sense with the large windows. I can imagine how hot it gets during the Texas summer.

The food was amazing! My biscuit and jam were delicious, and though my mini hash browns were a little over-fried, it wasn’t a big deal for me.

The orange juice is freshly squeezed not the processed stuff you get at most places. There’s some pulp in it, so if you’re not a fan, you might want to ask if they offer a pulp-free option.“

“My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“

I've never seen a spinach and feta pastry but took a chance on it. Omg so light and flaky and fluffy. Best thing I've ever bought from a donut shop. The donuts are the fluffy kind like in the deep south. Wow. They do have cake ones I think like Krispy Kreme but I absolutely despise cake donuts and krispy kreme in general. “My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.“
