“Chicken biryani is common, but good chicken biryani is not. Nizam’s does it right.

The chicken dum biryani is flavorful and well cooked. The chicken is soft, juicy, and absorbs the masala properly. It’s not dry, not rubbery, and not drowned in oil or spice. The taste stays balanced from start to finish.

The rice is light, aromatic, and cooked perfectly. Masala is mixed evenly, so every bite tastes the same. Spice level is just right — flavorful without being too strong.

Other food items are also done well. Nothing feels rushed or greasy. Flavors are clean and portions are fair. The kitchen focuses on doing simple things correctly.

Our server was super friendly and made some nice dessert suggestions. The parking lot was busy but the restaurant had no wait. The decor was nice and restrooms clean!“
