“Great tasting Neapolitan-style pizza. I highly recommend the Cacio e Pepe pizza. The parmigiana crema on top was a bit heavy, but it's easy to remove a bit. A solid Margherita pizza is a sign of a good pizzeria and this one easily clears the bar. The Margherita al Crudo takes it three steps further by adding prosciutto, arugula, and shaved parmesan cheese. Parking can be tough. Save yourself some time hunting on the street and park behind the Crate & Barrel instead.

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

Anywho, we ordered a small deep dish meatlovers with a salad. (Since we dined in, our salad was plain with ranch, but still hella good, but if you take it home, you can add your own razzle dazzle- They have no salt/pepper, but no big deal)...had a good ol school orange Sunkist on the side, that hit the spot after bite...I felt like a satisfied Ninja Turtle lol I'm still sitting here leaving this review. 5 stars, will return ✨️ ?

The Bad:
* Legit the worst pineapple pizza I've ever had. They took a dry cheese pizza, heated it up, and then put 2 strips of Canadian bacon and some cold chopped up pineapple on top.

We had Supreme Pizza and Baked Ziti for entrees with tossed salad and house dressing.
The house dressing is to die for, it's so yummy.
The Baked Ziti is perfectly seasoned with just amount of sauce and cheese.
The pizza is generously portioned.
The prices are very reasonable.
Service, like a fine dining.

“I cannot recommend Roma’s Italian Kitchen enough! My only regret is that I ordered only one thing to-go. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! We were in town for a concert and just happened to find CAPT when looking to make a reservation. Soooooooo glad I found it. All four of us fell in love. The Pig Pizza was amazing! The crust was absolutely perfect, may be the best pizza we've ever had. Our friends had the Veggie on Cauliflower crust and said it was terrific...but after trying our Pig pizza, they also agreed the crust was amazing and prob the best they've had. The HH Old Fashioned was delicious! It wad a perfect balance of sweet, sour, bourbon. The artisan tonic water they used in the voda-tonic made all the difference apparently cause it was just soo smooth and tasty. Everything we had was fantastic. And not to be left out, the service was outstanding. From hostess stand to waiter to bartenders, top notch. Pleeeeeeease open one in Cypress! This is a must have,, anytime we are up in the Las Colinas area from now on.“
