“Nice atmosphere, the ouyside sitting is perfect for southern winters, had a to the moon and back drink, it is really good highly recommend, bad part was, we ordered a full moon potato with brisket cheese, sausage, bbq sauce and creme, well no potatoes. But fun place to go, southern winter weather makes outdoor seating “

“Rudy’s serves good BBQ with juicy brisket, savory turkey, and delicious sides. The green chili stew is my go to on cold days. It’s a hearty stew with potato and beef. Huge baked potatoes. The ambiance is casual and welcoming. Highly recommended for satisfying BBQ cravings. Drive thru is available.“

“Excuse my picture, but I had to test the food out before I snapped the shot. I love this BBQ spot in Heb on Trenton and 10th. The brisket beans are very hearty. I love the chopped brisket and the pickles are awesome! Also I hate potato salad, but I do enjoy this one.“

“This is our go to when we're visiting family in The Valley. We've tried a few things on the menu and it's DELICIOUS!!! I usually get The Victor but tried The Mark and I wasn't disappointed. Don't leave there without The Texas Twinkie!“

“Fantastic bbq. Friendly and helpful staff. My wife had the two street tacos. One Chicken and one jalapeno and cheese sausage on corn tortillas with mac and cheese. I had the brisket sandwich with moist meat, cream corn and we shared onion rings. Everything was delicious. We will be back! Very clean location.“

“Tried the brisket smash burger ?. Overall the burger was very good ?, although the bacon ? that came with it was a little tough. The burger and the drink was a little over $14. Overall, I liked the burger, but I don't think it was worth the 14 bucks.
I just notice, I asked for the brisket smashed burger, and was charged and given the el jefe burger. I am adding a pic of the receipt

“It was a special nite. My wife and I were meeting our son’s girlfriend for dinner. We were nervous and anxious and excited. The waitress gets our order mixed up, takes a long time to get our drinks, the food is lukewarm and tastes as if it’s been under a heat lamp a while. But you know what? It was a very enjoyable experience! The confusion and delay was a wonderful icebreaker! We laughed and forgave all. Wouldn’t have had it any other way. Ultimately, it was about the new addition to our family….“

“Was having a not so great day but that quickly changed when I walked in and was Warmly Greeted by A Huge Smile 😁 and a Bubbly Personality Girl by the name Ismene. Who had the personality that didn't allow me to continue my day without altering my view of the day. And suggested I get the plate 🍽️ that had Chicken, Ribs , Brisket, Sausage, Rice ,Beans and potato salad but ended up have to take most of it home for a later snack 😋.
Overall the best part was Ismene recalibrating my attitude to a positive outlook, I believe it made my meal experience better“

“Food was great except that they ran out of gravy so food was dry until we had a replacement gravy. Server was courteous and friendly. Place got busy so it was a bit slower but not his fault. Otherwise good atmosphere, good food, and good service“
