Each taco was packed with generous portions of barbacoa, and the toppings (onions, cilantro, and salsa) complemented the flavors perfectly. The tortillas were hand made. Soft and warm, adding to the overall experience. Definitely a must-try for anyone who loves authentic, mouth-watering tacos!“

“This was my first time at this steak house and it was TO DIE FOR! My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary, and the service was unmatched. They decorated the table with petals and candles, our waitress Chloe was AMAZING, she guided us through the menu, gave us great recommendations and was overall was such a delight. They have both inside and outside seating, it’s very nice on the inside. FOOD 10/10, we had several platters and they were great! I would definitely recommend“

My husband called to see if they had a waiting time and just our luck they didnt and even offered to reserve our table for our party. Customer service was excellent, and the food was chef kissed!! “Had the Trompo Street tacos. 5 corn tacos generously filled with meat. Included was a large portion of raw onion/cilantro mix and a serving of grilled onions to top the tacos. A small cup of frijoles a la charro was served. We'll worth the money. Excellent wait staff. Only spoke Spanish.“

“I love this Italian restaurant. A little pricey but food portions are so generous, fresh and delicious. Their bread needs a revisit. It does not match the rest of the menu for flavor or freshness. I have several favorites but love the Pancetta Carbonara.“

“This place is legit! Don’t be put off by the somewhat cold service— that’s usually a sign at Korean places that the food will speak for itself.

I had my favorite, the #3 Spicy Pork “Bulgogi”, and it didn’t disappoint. The complimentary banchan and kimchi were delicious, and interesting. The potato salad provided sweetness and creaminess to balance the mild spice of the pork. The white onions were close to raw, but with the sauce gave a great progression of crunchiness, then sweetness, then oniony heat.

The meal also came with a slice of watermelon for each of us, which was generous, since the 3 of us were sharing a single main dish.

I’ll definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in the RGV, even if I have to go out of my way.“

“I treated my current side chick to burgers, fries and onion rings today for lunch. I decided to finally give Big Daddys Burgers a try, everyone is always telling me how great the burgers are here. We ordered cheese burgers and a coke, French fries came free, and also ordered onion rings. My only concern is that they don't sell Mexican coke. The waitress brought us complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was freshly made, with just the right amount of heat and spectacular flavor. What a masterpiece of a burger, with a thick, juicy patty of fresh beef, grilled to perfection and topped with cheese that drapes over the edges. It's nestled in a lightly toasted, soft bun and layered with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and fresh purple onion. The savory, meaty flavor is complemented by the condiments, creating a truly mouthwatering experience. Alongside the burger is a generous mound of golden-brown french fries. Each fry is perfectly crisp on the outside with a tender, fluffy potato interior, delivering a satisfying crunch and a warm, earthy flavor with every bite. The light dusting of salt makes them irresistible. Completing the plate are the hand-breaded onion rings, with a delicate, golden-brown crust that shatters on impact. Inside, the sweet, tender onion melts in your mouth, offering a perfect blend of savory batter and natural goodness. I will definitely be returning to explore some of the other menu options available..“
