“We were seated right away and our server greeted us quickly and took our drink order. He stayed attentive throughout the meal without hovering. The menu had plenty of choices and everything we ordered came out hot and tasted great. Even once the breakfast crowd picked up, the kitchen kept things moving and food still came out in good time. Overall a very good experience and worth the visit.“

“I’ve been coming to Roachas for years, and honestly, it’s one of my go-to spots. I’m here at least once or twice a week because the prices are hard to beat compared to anywhere else, especially for the quality you get.
Every now and then they might mix up an order, usually something small like the taco type, but it’s rare and nothing major. About 9 out of 10 visits, everything is spot on. The food is consistently good, the portions are solid, and the value is unbeatable.
The service is another big plus. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even when they’re busy, they keep things moving. They have a drive-thru for quick service that moves surprisingly fast on busy days, plus a dine-in line if you want to eat there.
Overall, it’s a great place with great food, great prices, and great people. Highly recommend Roachas. easily a 5-star spot.“

“Our waitress was very kind and helpful as their menus aren't in English, but they have pictures and you can tell what you're ordering. The food and service were excellent, and I would definitely go back! They even made a special birthday message on my plate! 😘“

“Food was good. Took my dad here to celebrate Father's Day. My dad used the facilities and said the bathrooms were not clean and was very disappointed. My wife said the restrooms were very small and not comfortable. Overall nice place as long as you don't need the restroom.“

“We ordered for my mom’s birthday (a party of 30) and wow. Some of the best tacos in the Valley . The tortillas are so soft, taste homemade. The carne asada has that real charred taste you can only get from carbon. Salsas are 🔥 green is flavor , the red is extra spicy but good 10/10 over all for me“

“Went in today and had their lunch buffet, took a little if everything to check out the flavors and everything was above expectations, small buffet but what they had was delicious. Flour tortillas are the best I have had at a restaurant.

“My Sister took me for lunch, she would always bragged about this place in Mission. Let me tell you, she wasn't wrong, I had tacos a la plancha, they were delicious and I loved their coffee. Excellent customer service. Good food and good customer service go together, can't have one without the other. I'll be back“

“Let's start with , it is very hot in south Texas in July . The restaurant is a quaint little taqueria , with indoor and outdoor seating . We opted for the indoor so we could stay cooler . Well , it was a ' little better ' .The place was busy for lunch , there are about 15 tables of 4 inside and all but 3 were occupied . Nobody outside .So we placed our order and received our drinks and sat and chit-chated . We noticed the crowd thinning until it was just us . At the 45 minute mark of waiting for tacos , we got up and asked for our bill and told them to forget the food .They were extremely apologetic and said the food was ready and it actually was . A mistake not to inform us of a delay . Anyway , we got our food and disappointingly began to eat , everyone was quiet until we looked up at each other . We were all nodding in approval . The food was delicious , and the server checked on us frequently . Even brought us a signature GIANT stuffed baked potato , " on the house " .We all agreed that it was well worth the wait , first time there for all of us . I recommend the tacos with fried tortillas , yum !!“

“It's always packed, but what does that tell you? It's good! Raspas are delicious, perfect snacks on the go, friendly staff, indoor area to order if you like to get down, and drive thru to order.
I know usually snack stops don't take cards, but this one does.“
