“I drove 28 miles from my house in Brownsville to Lara’s Bakery in Harlingen to buy sweet bread for my girlfriend who is under the weather. She loves their sweet bread. I arrived 10 minutes before Lara’s Bakery opened. There was a line of people waiting outside. This is how good tasting sweet bread is sold here. Two ladies attending the customers are fast and friendly. Majority of customers were taking boxes of sweet bread plus a couple of bags..“

The only issue we had was the Sweet Tea, it tastes like they used garden hose water to make it. I would suggest they invest in a good water filtration system. I love the slushie ice. Thanks for the great service.“

“This was my family and I's first time to this location and what a nice experience it was. Maria was so wonderful, I wanted a cup of menudo with no meat just the juice and hominy and that's exactly what I got, other places tell me they can't do it but she went out of her way to deliver what I wanted. The service was excellent, coffees kept getting refilled. My family and I will definitely be returning.“

“It feels like family when we're there. Never disappointed. Food is awesome; the ladies and Jerry and Elias are super. The owner Willie is present and I love that he goes around greeting everyone. They are always so friendly and kind to all and they have a positive attitude which makes the atmosphere there welcoming. We tell all our friends about this place.

“I have loved the Chicken Potpie since coming to Cheddars to eat. I've had at least 6 of them and then the one I had last summer had no chicken in it. I said nothing to anyone, just deciding to not come back for a while. We stopped there with two other couples today and I thought...try it again. Before they used to have lots of white chicken chunks, this one today had very few pieces of chicken. What has happened to it?“

“We tried this place for the first time and did their carry out option. It was super easy to order online and the food was ready when the site said it would be. We ordered a jalapeño wrap, a half tuna sandwich, a half chicken salad sandwich, and a nutty salad. Overall, the food was good but I think next time we will dine in and try something else on the menu. We were satisfied with the sandwiches and wraps but the salad wasn't anything to write home about. The interior of the restaurant looked super cute with a cozy vibe. I look forward to trying them again.“

“Just a sign .. went to IHOP this mourning. Noticed the nice smile on.the hostess. She was quick to greet the guests .she would quickly go to the door when she seen a guest that needed help always smiling.sometimes were quick to see the.negative in people Look again and you'll see the good in people. “Food is good and so was service. I appreciate this being a food truck, however, since currently stationery, I would like to see more cover to be able to eat on-site. This option isn't a concern for all but I stopped here while traveling through town. I still recommend them.“

“I always have a good time here and the food is so so good. You can’t go wrong with the teppankayi, but my favorite dishes are the general tsao chicken, magnolian beef, and for sushi rolls my favs are: geisha, butter yellow tail, samurai fiesta, kiss of fire and red dragon roll! There’s half off sushi rolls every weekend and lunch specials during the week too so that’s a plus :)“

“My first and last visit to this restaurant. Tacos were too small and expensive. Tortilla was soggy and undercooked, the eggs were also a little raw with no flavor and the salsa was just tomato sauce. Never eat here again. Stripes tacos are bigger, less expensive and better flavor“
