“Very accommodating staff members. It felt nice and cold inside. Late night staff were energetic and friendly. Food came out as soon as we sat down. Clean restaurant and plenty of seating. Good was hot when served. Well not the fries. But we didn't mind.“

“Every time I start my order it seems like I am interrupted and can't finish my order. I even had to tell the lady if I could finish ordering because she was giving me my total. That is so annoying being rushed. We try to have orders ready to go before pushing the button but when you have kids, things change.“

“I dont order crumbl a lot bc they are expensive & not one near but the times I've had them they have always been good . If you don't like sweet sweet cookies toy won't like them bc they are definitely sweet .I've never been to one so idk how the employees are but the cookies are good

Parking: Everytime I drive by a crumbl there is plenty of parking . So room for everyone never have seen anyone have a problem with the parking .“

“We just visited the new location in Lawrence Kansas. What a fun place. The open air seating is just so cool. The music is great. The employees are friendly and helpful with great recommendations. I had a Snickers. My niece had a peaches and cream. Both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try something different.“

Manager was very kind and apologetic. I had the spicy tenders basket, but could not eat the tenders. They are just not good. Not the employees fault. Just not good quality. Wee have been going to this DQ for 20+ years and will still return.“
