“Smoothie King always hits the spot! The smoothies are fresh, tasty, and made just right every time. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. HUGE shout out to the workers on the shift around 1ish. Even though they were in a huge rush they still made my drinks amazing and in a timely manner. It was really busy in there but I love how they always kept a smile on their faces and made the customers laugh/smile!! Also love how many options there are — especially for staying healthy on the go. Highly recommend!“

“I went in to First Cup today to try the coffee and breakfast sandwhich. I was impressed with the service (10/10) and cleanliness as well as the atmosphere. Very comfortable, cozy and warm. The coffee ( Americana with an extra shot of espresso) was made perfectly by Grace and the food (sausage,egg and cheese croissant) was on point. When Grace brought our food out it was just the right temperature. The restrooms were clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. I will be returning.“

“Love going to Busy Bee. We went this last Saturday as we do every Saturday. Savannah was our server and she was kind and did a great job. Christina usually is our server and she is great, but she was not working that day and Savannah did a great job serving us. We like all the servers there and we go there a lot and feel like we are with family. Always enjoy the food and company.“

“From the minute we opened the door, tantalizing scents of delectable spices captured us and drew us into the magic that is Rustika Cafe and Bakery. We were welcomed in by Leo and made to feel right at home. We went for only one meal, but couldn't leave without "1 of this, and 1 of that, and oh! 2 of those..." and worth every penny! You (we) HAVE to go back because you can't possibly eat everything in one visit that you'll want to taste!“

“I absolutely LOVED Great Harvest Bakery & Cafe! I am not sure why I took so long to visit. The bread is fresh and exquisite!!! They have a variety of breakfast and lunch options. The staff is fantastic, informative and friendly! Must try for yourself!“

“We went for breakfast on March 30, 2025, the service was great and the food was even better! My husband had the biscuits and gravy and he said it was the best that he had ever had, that it was even better than his mom’s! “This is close to my heart.
1. I live in Friendswood and the truth is this old city is dripping with ooooold racism. So anytime I walk into a new shop I’m so freakin nervous. I know - still today? Yes. BUT you wouldn’t believe how much it’s here in the very fine little town. However. Instantly, I knew I was safe in this store.
2. I found this little gem during the onset of COVID in 2020. Shelves fully stocked. When was there I had bronchitis and I purchased an essential oil blend and gave it a try - WORKED! I aaaalways keep some just in case. It’s even great for allergies which I totally have- ugh.
3. I leave a message of support/ review ONLY when I truly believe because God has blessed me with power of influence with my words. Just saying… probably why I’m a counselor.
4. I got sick and noticed I was out of my oil!!! They were closed and Mike opened to make sure I got my bottle. He did NOT have to do that. I’m so grateful that I cried. Cried hard. For someone that gives so much and goes out of her way, it’s touching that someone would even attempt to do that for me. And that, I’m said to say, doesn’t happen very often.
I wanna gatekeep this place and protect it so no one hurts and or destroys it. But I share it with people I know and love so much so they know where to go for:
A. Amazing customer service- that’s at the top of my list
B. Quality product
C. A caring atmosphere with great patronage (I can’t get out of that store without hearing someone else tell me “oh I love this place and Mike and I will always protect t him” - so see I’m not the only one.
All I ask is if you find your way in this store- be kind and protect them. They are the epitome of ma and paw shop in a great community that we can depend on. In other words- don’t go in there being mean and show your azz.

“We both had soup. Cream of mushroom for me and French onion for him. Neither of us was disappointed. We were able to find a quiet corner, which was nice.
The facility could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. Broken door, ceiling mold around the vent and bathrooms far from pristine.
But the food was excellent!“

“I love this place! It's that perfect southern vibe. The food is AMAZING! There's so many options. The staff is always great and very attentive. The environment is the right vibe. They have so many food options. I also think it's great this place is open 24hrs a day. Makes is easy when you want to go somewhere and eat and knowing this place is open. They even have a nice bakery portion. Wonderful desserts to choose from.“
