“I been to this location a couple of times. The shrimp Alfredo is good. Bread sticks are fresh and good. But the salad is not fresh. Ever time from this location that I have gotten the salad in hopes that it will be good, has been disappointing. The lettuce is wilted and like it's been sitting in the fridge. That the only negative thing I have to say. Everything else is good.“

“Mr Craig Newman, operator of the Alvin Chick-Fil-A, appears to be a caring, kind, friendly, and hardworking individual…and his team seems to adore him. I may have caught them on good days, so it could just be coincidence…I don’t think so. Theresa, his Director and right arm, seems to be highly structured and caring towards customers and in support of their team. She keeps the store on course. There have been times where I’ve complimented a team member on her jacket whilst in the the drive through. I told her it — her jacket — looked warm on a frosty day. She replied, “Thank you! My operator (Mr Newman) got it for me and even embroidered my name on it,” as she beamed with pride. The team members here don’t look like they show up just to collect a paycheck. They are invested. That attitude and focus on service comes from the top down. It’s an orderly and friendly restaurant and we’ve always felt welcomed. Great job, Mr Newman! Oh, and did I mention that we don’t even live in Alvin? Our town has a Chick-Fil-A, too. Our local Chick-Fil-A has great food and feels more transactional. Mr Newman’s store has more heart.“

“I ordered food for me and my coworker for pick up we got pretty similar stuff in our bowls. However they have some food allergies and the lids weren't on the correct bowls. luckily we noticed before they ate any. Its a little mistake and i will still be back but being more careful id recommand. Food and customer service is usually always good though.“

It was a little expensive, but well worth it. There is ample parking, and the restaurant was very clean, even the restroom. I told my brother and sister about the place, and now they want to visit. “My family and I went to Floyd's tonight. Our waiter's name was Robby. He suggested the Crab Bisque with my Bar Trash Grilled Cheese. Let me tell you it was amazing! Everything was amazing! Robby was definitely a great team member and I am so glad he was our server tonight. He made our first time there such a positive experience. I hope he has a blessed Christmas and I hope that whoever is reading this will get the change not to only get served by Robby and taste the amazing food of Floyd's.

“As usual the food was amazing! Rouxpour is one of our favorite places to eat dinner. I had gumbo, and my wife had Atlantic Salmon from the Gluten Free menu. The drinks were great too; an old fashioned, and the blueberry martini. If you go, ask for Suzie, she was very attentive.“

“We had a curbside order but arrived early and decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited for our food. It didn’t look like the itemized receipt was correct from the online order and the bartender, Alexander went straight back to the kitchen to check on our order with the kitchen to make sure it was correct. We were pretty tired and Alexander was a light in our day. Super friendly and incredibly attentive. 11/10“

“I think my lasagna was overcooked because it was real crispy around the edges but other than that everything else is okay the area was quiet and pleasant. The only problem I had was I didn't come with anyone I came alone. So I shouldn't have to dine with flies that were such a turn-off so I left. I did not get to enjoy my alone time now relaxation.“

“this pizza joint is similar to mod pizza or subway in that there's a line where you can customize your toppings - but the quality is SO much better!

i got the carnivore pizza and added bacon, spinach and minced garlic; my pizza tasted so fresh and I could distinguish the flavors of each ingredient. i was particularly impressed by the quality of the red sauce; the tomatoes were chunky but not overly large and the sauce itself was seasoned to perfection. the proportions of cheese to crust to sauce to toppings was balanced well.

my husband built his own pizza and he agreed that the quality of pizza here surpassed what we normally eat. we agree that the overall value is really great when you consider the cost.

“Went here to celebrate a family members bday. My first time to this one. It was good. The food was good the chef believe he said his name is Joey took care of us. We had a good time. For the price we get fed alot. Food was really good. I had got the one option that allows you to have steak, prepared to my liking with chicken and shrimp and fried rice. I was happy with it. My wife got fish which she thoroughly enjoyed and daughter ate the kids steak plate. We were happy campers after we left“

“It’s been years since visiting Potbelly and specifically this location. There are a variety of reasons but mostly due to health and disability. This evening we ventured out and it was my husband’s first time ever eating at this sandwich shop. Thank you Bay Area Potbelly for not disappointing! The food, service, and atmosphere were all exactly what our tired bodies, hungry bellies, and weary souls needed. We ordered the chicken pot pie soup and cheddar broccoli soup, 2 Avo Turkey Size BIG as our entrees. The soups were hearty and warm for this cold night and the sandwiches were delightfully filling as the employee taking our order crafted the sandwich to our exact liking not skimping on toppings (shout out to Hayden). I even requested extra sauces on the sides to try the new flavors and he kindly obliged with no hesitation. We also splurged on a Dream Bar and 2 Egg Nog milkshakes for dessert. For those trying to get your gains on or anyone looking for a sweet treat just because…I highly recommend either of these options as both were very flavorful and knocked out that sweet tooth craving. Special thanks to Driian for his keen and kind eyes to our situation with the wheelchair and helping us to our table and getting those sauces set up for us…Hot Pepper Ranch for the WIN!
