“Mr Craig Newman, operator of the Alvin Chick-Fil-A, appears to be a caring, kind, friendly, and hardworking individual…and his team seems to adore him. I may have caught them on good days, so it could just be coincidence…I don’t think so. Theresa, his Director and right arm, seems to be highly structured and caring towards customers and in support of their team. She keeps the store on course. There have been times where I’ve complimented a team member on her jacket whilst in the the drive through. I told her it — her jacket — looked warm on a frosty day. She replied, “Thank you! My operator (Mr Newman) got it for me and even embroidered my name on it,” as she beamed with pride. The team members here don’t look like they show up just to collect a paycheck. They are invested. That attitude and focus on service comes from the top down. It’s an orderly and friendly restaurant and we’ve always felt welcomed. Great job, Mr Newman! Oh, and did I mention that we don’t even live in Alvin? Our town has a Chick-Fil-A, too. Our local Chick-Fil-A has great food and feels more transactional. Mr Newman’s store has more heart.“

“Stopped in Wednesday for lunch with friends but wasn’t feeling seafood. Our server Tracy was the best she took the time to explain the non seafood items on the menu and I went with the chicken pasta. It was so good. Her service was the best part, she talked to us and said she would remember our faces. We’ll definitely be back to test that out.“

She said she's only been there for 3 months. Was super nice and very friendly and helping us and serving us. Would definitely recommend this place because of course the food is delicious. Definitely one of the best pizzas I ever tried in USA. I love that you can add a lot of stuff to your Pizza build. It is cooked just right for my taste. Staff is really polite and help you to decide the best option for you.And please don’t get me wrong. I travel the world upside down eating pizza around Europe, Italy probably in all 50 states here in US, but this is one is one of a kind“

“It was a decent sandwich. The soup wasn't real hot and they sell caramelized onions for the prime rib sandwich but don't seem to actually know what a caramelized onion is. They ran my onions through the oven a second time and they were still basically raw. I paid nearly $20 for a soup and sandwich after the tip and for that price, it should have been great, not fine.“
