Homemade corn tortillas add a nice side dish. The frozen Mano margarita is super, and they also have house made refreshers. It has a lively atmosphere with live entertainment tableside, and the service is fantastic and great with the kindest staff. It may be a bit of the beaten path, but don't let the area dissuade you. Overall, El Manantial Restaurant is a nice out-of-the-way place to enjoy authentic Mexican food and drinks, and every single item on the menu is absolutely full of flavor.
