Taco Bell in Amarillo

“I know prices have gone up. I do visit less as a result. But wanted to give a shout out to this particular location for its kind, sweet staff. I have to special order due to milk allergies and it’s always nice to order without over explaining and get a meal perfectly done without mistakes. So, thank you.“

“Employees are always friendly and willing to explain new food menus and preparation of food, whether thru the drive thru or inside at counter. The manager recognizes senior discounts, which is greatly appreciated by someone who is on a fixed income.

Parking: Handicap parking is in front of the entrance and is limited with a ramp to the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: The kid menu is about the same as the regular menu in smaller portions and choices of milk or juice to the soft drinks.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables designated as handicap seating for wheelchairs or other mobility devices.“

“I know. I know what you are thinking... Taco Bell gets this many stars??? I was almost going to not say anything so I could keep this location a secret. But honestly I wouldn't go to any other location if you can get over there. The crew is almost ALWAYS happy... Service is top notch compared to my previous visits other locations. I haven't been back to Taco Bell since around 2022. The other location gave me food poisoning for the first time in my 40 plus years on this planet. This location is always clean and efficient. Keep up the epic work guys and gals.“

“Every time I go there I go through the drive though all the time all the different employees I seen working the window has been outstanding and very positive attitude and love their smile puts me in a great mood and food has always been great.“

“Food was fresh and hot. Didn't have to wait at all. I used the drive-thru for a mobile order so I only interacted with one man at the pickup window. He was polite for the small amount of interaction we had. Overall, great experience. Easily the best Taco Bell food experience I've ever had based on flavor and food/drink quality. Great job. 👍“

“My opinions change with Taco Bell probably the most. If only the app. would work appropriately. Most of the time it does, then it will be ridiculous sometimes causing a inconvenience 😕. Food good as long as they keep those prices right. Never get rid of the value menu because, no one should pay more than 5$tops for a darn 🌯“

“Taco Bell is always amazing to me. But this place was a bit different that we went there. Around ten p m and the drive through was a bit full, but it had a worker who was very excited.And was doing her job extremely fast.And seemed very hyper, I don't know what she was so excited about.But the food and stuff wound up being wrong.And incorrect and had to go back around to have it fixed twice.It was a bit insane.But it was very good and hopefully they noticed whatever she's doing wrong, and it's able to be fixed.“
