Sandwich Shops near Anderson

“I am a local in the area and we eat here quite often. The Store Manager here makes the most beautiful sandwiches. He takes his time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Pete is also a friendly face that never fails to leave us with a smile. The store is always clean, the veggies are 90% of the time fresh and just flipped, depending on the time of day. I used to be a manager myself and tend to have a picky eye. I have to say this place is spot on!!“

“I had promised myself that I would NOT go back to a Subway again because of the awful attitude and sorry service received in Anderson, Navasota and Pinehust/Decker Prairie Subways. The gentlemen at the Roans Prairie location are amazing. First of all they were friendly. The older man explained that he was working on an order and he would be right with us. He explained that the tea was located around the corner and he gave us our cups and said the the Checkers restaurant would get our for us. The other man was ready for us and began to take our order. He was very polite. Our sandwich tasted fresh and looked great. Great job, guys! Great job, Subway!PS. Still not going to the other Subway shops previously mentioned!“

“*Update* just recently went back to see if anything has changed, I went around 3:15 was helped by 2 wonderful woman, idk if lady at vegetables was ocd but damn these veggies are so neatly put on! Idk if there’s new management or what but I was satisfied and left happy, so sad they took away tortillas and switched to flat bread for wraps but it was still delicious, Them girls deserve a raise!

Walked in Saturday around 5 or 6 and everything was amazing and smelled really good, kind young man with blond hair was an angel, he did my meats neatly and was very polite, I get to the vegetables and the second young man was extremely opposite, you could observe that he did not want to be there he throwing vegetables on my sandwich and sauce down after use. Sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever received!“
