My only complaint is not against employees but corporate for offering a BETTER teaser price for ordering your sandwiches online, vs. in person. We live far in the country and delivery is not available, so the only way to order is in person.“

“I had promised myself that I would NOT go back to a Subway again because of the awful attitude and sorry service received in Anderson, Navasota and Pinehust/Decker Prairie Subways. The gentlemen at the Roans Prairie location are amazing. First of all they were friendly. The older man explained that he was working on an order and he would be right with us. He explained that the tea was located around the corner and he gave us our cups and said the the Checkers restaurant would get our for us. The other man was ready for us and began to take our order. He was very polite. Our sandwich tasted fresh and looked great. Great job, guys! Great job, Subway!PS. Still not going to the other Subway shops previously mentioned!“

“Every time I come to this location it smells great, I don’t eat out very often because of the high prices of food now a days but when I do I always go to subway, yall would’ve gotten 5 stars but I arrived at your location on June 23th to get the delicious subway club and was told there wasn’t any roast beef!! I was very disappointed and surprised because I have never had that issue, the employees were very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience so I decided to try something else and it wasn’t bad but prefer my subway club.“
