“My daughter and I went into this jersey mikes this evening 15 minutes before closing. Late night at gymnastics. I have to say the two guys that were working are amazing! Super nice and welcoming! I love Jersey Mikes and now I love them even more. I wish I would have asked there names because they definitely deserve a call out!“

“We ordered over 150 sandwiches for an event and they made catering look seamless! They were early to deliver, all the sandwiches were labeled and the order was fulfilled perfectly! This is no easy task with all the dietary restrictions they had to work with. They were flexible and responsive and I would highly recommend them if you need a large catering order. Abigail was great to work with!“

“I love this place, I live like right next to it. All of the employees are super nice, the food is great and it always smells good. The highlight of my visit is usually this one employee, we first met when I couldn't get a cookie since I didn't have enough money for it to be added to my order. “I stopped because they did Philly cheesesteaks with "white american cheese" that was a lie. They use mozzarella or provolone. I do have to say that it was good, but not the same or what I was looking for. Otherwise I would have went down to Charleys but they changed theirs too.“

“Lots has changed about Subway recently. They seem to have “upgraded” their meat/ingredients and portions are a little bigger. Their pieces have also gone up. Use the online coupons. I had a decent sub and the springs were generous when in asked for extra. Good flavor, but nothing like a “real” deli sub. Ib was presently supposed as in haven’t been to a Subway in ages, was craving a sub and this was the only place close. Will go back! I have it 4 stars, but it is really 3 1/2 as fade as subs go.“

“Don’t know who’s working, but my order was perfect. Young man that did my order was the new manager and he told me he is making changes and getting it right. I believe him! He took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted a meatball sub from Subway (go figure). Her sandwich was made EXACTLY how she likes it and the manager was a great guy with customer service clearly in mind. Forget the one stars, he’s turned it around!“

“This is my go to place when I’m driving back to Cypress, Texas from work in Spring, Texas! Their food is always excellent and this past time I got a really nice thank you gift from them! Two yummy chocolate chip cookies! That really made my day! I asked for less ice in my drink and they accommodate me and gave me an ice water also! “They try to throw it together any kind of way they do lack of training maybe but I'm here to assist and keep it cute. Half a sub requested Turkey Ham and Bacon. Toasted of course and put all my veggies on the side I will assemble TY Much. Younger staff members from what I see and will not sell the sub bun a la carte for nothing other location do. Not a bad experience though I can dig it.“

“I was standing in line waiting behind a customer being served. The older lady finished her item and turned away from me to wait on the Mexican guy standing beside me. He told her I was next, she screwed up her face. I said it's ok I am not working and he is. But after she finished with him, she asked the gentleman who just came up for his order. I said to the man it's OK when he protested. When she finished with him she told the other employee something I could not hear and walked off she did not wait on me. The other young lady made my order. I was getting food for a friend who had fallen and I was sitting with her. I would have left on the second snub but I had to get back to my patient.“

“I'm horrible with names, but the manger that was working that night and the young lady who was also working were thoughtful and amazing. Very helpful as I am not one to pick Jimmy John's in the first place. The number 8 was an excellent choice for me and my husband loved his number 7. Only thing is they dont toast at this location. Not sure if that is normal at a bigger location but my husband had asked for toasted and they couldn't do it. It was a smaller J.J. then I am used to seeing, not really suitable for a large group but the inside was a really nice break from what was going on that night.“
